You had to sell one of these...which one would it be

Featured Replies

Hypothetically, you had to sell either a Kaden 735CB or Champion XP 733C...which one would you sell? You might have a 703SF in the rod locker which takes care of the Senkos.

Hypothetically what are you trying to accomplish?

733

Since you can cover more tactics with the 703 and the CB rod than with a 703 and a 733.

If I ever spilled Gulp Alive on the deck and slipped and hit my head hard enough to actually come to and buy a 7'3" medium/mod fast rod, that's the one I would sell, hypothetically of course..

Haha! I love these answers. Ok...looks like I'm selling my Kaden 735cb. I'm trying to get rid of dead weight. Free up some room for a better spinning rod.

Yes, 685CB and I mostly throw jerkbaits, flukes, poppers, and finesse squarebills.

Hypothetically if I was going to have one of those two models stolen it would be the Champion 733.

Sell??? That is a four letter word.   Actually, I never sell any fishing equipment. Instead, I clean it up and donate it to local groups that help disadvantaged or handicapped kids. Seeing those kids reactions more than makes up for any monetary loss. If you check around your area, you will easily find several groups that would love that kind of donation.

I also usually carry a couple of cheap spinning rod and reel combos in my vehicle when I go fishing. If I run into a kid that has really crappy tackle, or who has no tackle and is just watching others fish, I will give him/her the set up and maybe even a couple of cheap lures or hooks and sinkers so they can fish also.  And spending a few minutes helping a kid learn to use the equipment is time well spent.

Hypothetically one might consider becoming a bank robber so they don't have to sell any of these rods. But if anyone asks, you didn't hear it from me.

Selling tackle is a sin ?.
