I'd bet it is easier to catch a DD bass than it is a 300lb alligator gar.  There are hundreds of DD bass caught each year and very few 300lb class alligator gar caught.

Those PigPatrol guys catch some massive gar. Not sure if this guy is with that YouTube crew but it's in the right area for it...

It's crazy that they get that big but are harmless to humans. Thank the lord Lol
