My fifth grade teacher was also head of safety patrol or what ever it’s called. Was going over being to our post or what ever on time said “if you show up early your on time, on time your late and if you show up late that’s unacceptable” that’s stuck with me ever since for the last 25 years I’ve always been one to show up ahead of schedule.
