Weigh in is starting.

BASS is just so much better than MLF, that's the biggest thing I take away after following the sport again after a long break, and now after both the Elites and BPTs are over.

Shame somebody like Jacob Wheeler won't be fishing against these young Elite guys for years to come in order to see another KVD emerge.

  • I won a tacklewarehouse top ten in the nation twice. The amount of gear tacklewarehouse sent me was nothing short of ridiculous. Back to back years 2015/2016. I gave so many baits to kids I have

Woohoo!         Yup, this was 4th place prize I got for one of the events last season:   Another BR member won a higher prize the year before.

Looking at peoples finish from our group. They are listing Chris Johnston in first place and Patrick Walters in second. Bassaholic bell has Walters and was rewarded 295 points and those who picked Johnston were rewarded with 300 points. I'm sure they will correct that.

2023 Season Recap

Champion - lmoore

Runner Up - finessegenics

And just like that, our 2023 season is a wrap. I'd like to thank all the people who played along this season and made this season super fun for all of us. I always look forward to talking with everyone before and after the events and seeing how everyone did. Having a large group of people playing along is what makes this group so fun. Huge shout out to @lmoore and @Finessegenics for taking the top spots in the group. They both almost managed to break the 11k points mark, which means they averaged almost 1100 points per event this year. Very impressive! We had a total of 51 people play along this year. Of that, we had 35 people who played every event, and 41 played 9/10 events. Overall, that's a pretty dedicated group of players and I appreciate all of you putting in the time to making picks for each event and playing along.

They usually open up the new season around January, so keep your eyes peeled for my thread for the 2024 season around then. Hopefully everyone returns and then some.
