Posting a photo from my phone or tablet?

Recommended Posts

I caught a new PB yesterday and would like to post a photo of it. Can't quite figure out how to do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I only use an iPhone so if your picture is there….

Click “Add Files”

Click “Photo Library”

Click on the picture, a blue check will appear on the bottom right

Click “Option” bottom left

Resize picture

 Click “Done” upper right”

Click “Add” upper right”

I wish I had titled this post 'New PB' but didn't know at the time how to post pictures. Oh well.

So..my brother and I were pounding shallow water...2 to 6 ft of water with wacky worms and dropshots. Were catching a few but nothing outstanding. Finally got to a place with a big flat area 4 to 6 ft deep. He stayed with the DS and I said to heck with it and tied on a KVD 1.5 sexy shad crankbait and second cast she nailed it. He netted her and the scales locked in at 8 lbs 8 oz. Measured 23" long. Don't know about other states but here in Virginia that is citation in both weight and length. I ended up boating 10 on the crankbait. Never did that before either. Oh...and she was released to fight another day.

On a side note, if a moderator can change the title to, New PB', please do.

Congrats on a nice fish!

I wasn’t able to change the title but, I did add a couple tags so others can see it’s a new PB and pictures added.

I was under the impression that at least 22" long and 8lbs was a citation in VA, largemouth.

Non the less you have it covered on both ends....... congrats.

@alonerankin2: Thanks and much appreciated. Too bad the camera angle kind of make her look smaller than she his, at least to my eyes. No doubt she’s a huge bass. 👍

@VTFan: Congrats on  your catch. I think I’d still be shaking and heart periodically skip a beat every few minutes. 👏

@VTFan Congrats on the new PB. Don't forget to update your PB in your profile. Also there is an edit feature when you post the three dots in the upper right corner of your post. If your posting from your phone you can email yourself your fish pic & just choose a size under 1000kB for the file size. Then save it to your phone pics. If you'r posting from a computer just save the photo size to your device in a size under the limit.  Hope that helps.

The only way I’ve figured out to do it from my phone is to email the picture to myself, because it offers the chance to change size. I then put it in files, and put it on that way. Problem is it’s usually a little fuzzy, because of changing the size.

I wish I could post the great , very clear pictures my phone takes on the site, but it doesn’t accept them.
