I watched most of the Georgia game, called it a night at 27-13 with 5 min left figuring it was a lost cause, 8 OT’s later the Bulldogs actually won. I read it was over 4 hrs, the longest in sec history.

The Michigan game was fun, always nice to see the underdogs win.

Word down here is Kirby Smart got a couple of KC Chiefs refs for a wealthy 4th quarter gig in Athens Friday night

Holy crap @TnRiver46 what the heck happened to your Vols? Michigan beat the Suckeyes a couple weeks ago and they’re a 500 team yet your Vols got smoked by them. Yikes!

OSU played well and UT did not…Add some injuries to pile on and BOOM… roasted on national TV. It went about as bad for us as it could have gone.

On to basketball…

No need to be nervous, playoffs is the last place we want to be, this team is just bad. I sat row 1 last week and it was embarrassing

@12poundbass, saw it coming in November haha. We aren’t good

Well so far I have not been impressed with the newly expanded college football playoffs. I think it’s mostly just a money grab. Maybe it will be more competitive the second round.

Watched Notre Dame come from behind last night in what was probably the best game of the playoffs. Not much scoring in the Ohio State-Texas game so far.

Capt Jack Sawer senior linebacker for the win. Go Bucks.

Go Bucks, indeed! What I love about the 12-team format is that the number 7 and *** teams are playing for the national championship. In a four-team format, OSU and Notre Dame wouldn't have been invited.

No you weren’t. You and @Swamp Girl are the only ones happy that one team one. Hey, at least the Wolverines beat them. 😂

As soon as the 12 teams were announced, my son said ND was going to win it all. We’ll see if he’s correct.

Notre Dame is lucky that Northern Illinois isn't playing for the national championship.

There was an interesting piece on the news after Notre Dame lost to Northern Illinois.  The Northern Illinois coach called the Notre Dame coach to tell him how they beat them.   The details were not revealed obviously but basically the North Illinois coaching staff found something on film that gave them a huge edge.

OSU should kidnap the Northern Illinois coach. Brutus the Buckeye can make him talk. Brutus can be verrrry persuasive.

This would be especially effective if the Northern Illinois coach is allergic to nuts.  😆

I'm sure that Notre Dame has fixed whatever they were doing.  I remember many years ago a team figured out that the other team's quarterback would not put his mouth piece in on running plays.  I don't remember the team.  Stuff like that will get beat in a hurry.

You know how college coaches poach players from other teams? Ryan Day should poach Northern Illinois's entire team and play those transfers.
