In other news, Matt Herren was disqualified after taking his polygraph test at St. Johns River and he has decided to retire from BASS and will be fishing NPFL going forward. 

Scott Martin disqualified. 

And just like that, the Florida stint of the season is over. Kudos to Brandon Palaniuk for putting on a cranking clinic on Okeechobee. I never would have imagined a derby on that lake could be won with deep diving crankbaits. 

 

Anfrobodine has jumped into the lead for our group after two events. We have 18 days before the Classic kicks off. Time to start doing research.

two events in and my fantasy season is pretty much sucking. Couple of dark horses I put my money on early completely let me down. Dakota Ebare and Hackney really put the screws to me at St. Johns River. Still playing catch up from that.

Little over 3 days left to make those Classic picks. From what I've seen online, its been super windy and the water has been really rough down there. That could make things interesting.

Finally had a good score after the classic. To bad I bombed the first 2 lol.

Yeesh, three crash-and-burns in a row for me.

I'm doing about average for me at this point in the season...in the top 10 for the group, but if years past are any indication, I'll drop like a rock later on. 🫣

I switched Livesay and Fothergill for Zaldain and Schmidt. Then I kept Butler who came in dead last. I'm not very good at this game.

Didn’t do to bad in the Classic. See what happens
