I believe those were released at ICAST last year. It looks pretty impressive in the water and I bet it would be a killer bait when the big gizzard shad are spawning. I'd hate to cast it very long though.

I mean, who had "fuzzy dice", on their bingo card for the hot item last year? I don't think anything is really off limits anymore.

I get the premise, but to me this falls more in line with giant Japanese glide baits, a tool to "find" fish and draw them out to see them, not catch them. The hookup ratio on that is going to be abysmal, and forget about it if a bass tries to jump and throw it.

Two problems as far as I am concerned, too big and too expensive. I buy a lot of baits but I will never spend $150 on 1 bait.

Regular glides helicopter bad enough, this thing looks like it might fly back like a boomerang and hit me in the head.

7+oz is a little out of my range too.

I’d probably have a stroke if a pike bit me off throwing that.

i am not going to throw this, but the price is not the sticking point for me. It just looks "unfun" to throw, and I enjoy throwing big baits.

Interesting. But like the Dice, I'll pass.
