Already ordered them 4 hrs ago :)  Along with the black nut retainer and a GLX.  You know, because the SV103 was lonely.

-Lew Speed Spool Lazer Pro 7:1:1 Ratio

-'7 ST Croix Casting MOJO Bass rod

`15 pound Berkley Big Game line

-$370 Combo

I dig it.  I dig ito reels because he 'throws together' stuff we or I would not think would look good together and makes them work.  If you told me you were going to paint your reel rust metallic and put a purple line guide on it...I would have advised against it.  However...your reel looks badass.  Go figure...

I found my new DS rod and because they were on sale (130 USD) I also found the mate for my MGL for bladed baits (spinnerbait, chatterbait and swim jigs).

7 ML Fast Zodias paired with a Ci4+ Stradic FA

6'10" Medium Heavy Fast paired with a Metanium MGL.

I am mulling putting my Core 100 MG instead and put my MGL on the bigger reaction series Cumara for my top water and bigger bladed baits.

How do you like those M1s?

I love them so light and sensitive. I feel like they are the best rod under 200 out.

my light handled a 3.8 smallie with ease

the 7'2 m for shakey heads I just got this year but if it performs like the light it will be a sweet setup up

I wanted to add this I have a Loomis glx as a back up now since the M1 feel that much lighter and more sensitive. so I think they are better then some even more $$$ rods

Left to Right for my newest 3 additions.

 Shimano Curado I

- 7' Med-Hvy Mod-Fast St Croix Mojo Bass

picked up a new 6'7" ML 13Envy spinning rod a couple weeks ago.  paired it up with a pflueger patriarch 30 size reel i already had.  It's perfect for some of the lighter stuff i'm throwing.  was able to get out sunday and land one little guy on it.  he fell for the 7" weightless trick worm - morning dawn color.  had to wait for this fish to post the pic, just to get the @Goose52 approval.....

Maybe he upped his standard to actually requiring the fish slime to be on the rod/reel. From the photo... 6 inches away just won't cut it.

You're good - the point is to go fishin' and do some catchin' - size is secondary!

I've posted some photos of real small dinks with my new gear but by golly they had genuine fish slime on 'em

This just came in today, 8" Bullshad! A little disappointed that they are overrated in size. I didn't know this but the 8" only measures a hair over 7". Can't wait to find out if the hype is real with these!

Great bait, I just wish quality control was a tad better.  Make sure the line tie is straight and centered, I've had a couple that weren't.

So funny you would say that bro.... My line tie is crooked as all get out and i got a floating model when i ordered a slow sink! Mike claims some of the line ties are crooked due to tuning them before shipping. Now i have to return it for the right sink rate. The package is marked slow sink.
