I'm very disappointed in some of you. :

Buzzbait fishing.   Always have had great luck with them.  Funny thing is I use a Wal-mart Strike King right out of the box....go figure.  Chartruse green with a red bleeder hook.  

I would have to say I am really good at fishing docks with a gold senko and texas rigged trickworm around the pilings.

For being 13, working a baitcaster!

I'm really good at getting my fishing buddies to curse at me.  Sometimes when I'm catching most of the fish I like to rub it in a bit, just for kicks.

"Its real nice of you guys to come along and watch me catch these fish today"   ;D

Casting ridiculously far and casting accurately

Having confidence that I'm doing/using the right thing

I can usually always manage to scrape up some fish even if they're not big

Netting fish (I found this out last summer when I got my a#$ handed to me by my boater at a tournie on the potomac)

I have mastered the art of catfish angling.

toss the line in the water sit back and start pounding down the cold beer. (shore fisherman ofcourse)

catching the fish is another story but i got the angling part down pat.  ;D

now im workin on holding onto a my beer in one hand while lure fishing for bass, without spilling my beer. this one will takes some serius practice to master.

My strong point is pitchin' soft plastice into tiny holes and pockets. I LOVE POWER FISHING! 7' 6" H/F Crucial rod, Abu Garcia Revo STX, 25lb Fluoro, Gamakatsu superline hooks and Tungsten weights. Once that fish even thinks of taking my bait, you better believe it's coming in the boat for a quick pic, LOL!

Being way out of position when that fish finally eats and getting a Richard Simmons hookset on her.

LOL....Whenever this happens(to often ) my fishing buddy asks me If I'm going to go home and squat to pee. lol

Don't know how good I really am but, I love fine tuning presentations. From choosing baits, rod, reel, and line.

I fish a tube like its nobody's business. I dont know why I am so good at it. My buddies will use the same rig as me but I will still outfish 20-1. I am great at most soft plastics but man give me a gitzit and I will fish you out of the boat. However give me a crankbait and I might as well cut the crankbait off and cast a bare line.

My #1 fishing strength is plucking fish out of a spot others missed. You get to be good at that by having the slowest boat in the tournament, be having intimate knowledge of the areas I fish, and by having a good grip on many different techniques.

I am really good at congratulating my partner when he catches a big fish. I've been in the boat for a lot, and I like to always make sure they appreciate what they've done and know how much I'd like to be in there shoes, just once.

I'm pretty good with the dip-net too, I've had a lot of practice.

I would consider myself decent with Jigs :

My favorite situations would have to be:

Summer- Water is around 72-76F, throwing a 1/8-3/16oz jig into THICK cover in about 8 or 10 feet. I let it go through every limb until WHAM! fish on!

Winter- Water is 40~, lobbing a 1/2oz black and blue jig on to a 16 foot point and crawling it into 26-29 feet. Caught some nice'uns that way.

Needless to say Ive got at least one jig tied on at all times.

Breaking things, losing things.  These are a couple things I really excel at.

Nobody is better at breaking glass than me

Digging out backlashes.  

Hanging the anchor on the bottom.

Finding bobbers.

Can't say I'm really good at any one thing on the water.  But I will say this.  I haven't seen anybody that is a efficient as my buddy and I at getting in and out of the boat ramp.  I mean we have it down to a science.  At the most we tiy up a boat ramp for 20sec at the most.  That includes backing the boat in starting the engine and getting the boat off the trailer.  Between my buddy and I we can both back the truck and trailer into some pretty impossible spots.

Pretty good thing to be REALLY GOOD at if there is 20-30 boats waiting at the launch.

NOT CATCHING FISH LOL Im really good at fishing in heavy cover

Retrieving lures that I've broken off. One day last year I was fishing into the wind and getting a lot of backlashes, which of course weakened my line so on the next cast my spinnerbait would snap off mid cast and go flying. Happened at least 3 times, and every time I snagged the line and got my lure back a few casts later. Another time I was fishing in a pretty good chop from a canoe and wedged my DT6 in a rock pile. It was way too hard to position the boat to try to get it free, so I broke it off. Went back the next day when there was no wind or boat traffic so the lake was smooth as glass and I was able to spot my lure and nudge it free with the canoe paddle.
