3rd Annual BassResource.com Roadtrip!!!
How do you guys feel about having a "Show N Tell" during and after dinner each night? We could have an open floor so anyone could get up and show what they learned that day or give instruction on what is working. It could be a question and answer time as well. I would be glad to kick it off each night but I don't want to be the only one doing it.

Derrick Hughes - Resume
I'll ask the same question I always do. What sets you apart from the other 100,000+ anglers with resumes? You should find something that will make you stand out. The worst thing to do is blend into that group. This thing is different for everybody and it's up to you to find it and promote it. Oh and get rid of those bubbles on your website. They are cute but distracting. You don't want them to be the focus.

Do you have any fishing quirks?
Being on time is a big one for me. I fish barefoot. When it's cold I wear socks. I always have a hat on. I almost always buy my tackle on sale. I always forget to pack food. I always pray before going out. I find myself singing while I fish.

Guns VS Doctors
I work with new and old seasoned doctors every day. I work in a very large Trauma Center so we see the worst of the worst and I totally agree with the statistics. Don't trust one doctor. Always get a second or even a third opinion when it's something serious. Never trust an emergency room doctor with your primary care. Get a family doctor.

This is how you do it. That way you don't run the risk of messing up any of those rivits when sanding.

Decking a 1432 Jon Boat
Welcome to the forums. We are glad to have you with us. A 1432 is to narrow to put a deck on. You should expect to fall out several times a year. To test this statement, put the boat in the water and stand on the bench then walk from one side to the other and see how tippy it gets. I personally wouldn't do it. But you can put a floor in it and carpet it to quiet the thing down.
