A River/Tidal thread would be sweet. I fish the CT River for smallies with a white albino tube, drop-shot pillings, and thorw either Bandit 100 or SK series 1's around rocks where the current really rips around them. I can't wait to get up there.

Hmm... High 50's Saturday and mid 60's on Sunday. Fishing with Bud and CJ on Kentucky and Barkley lakes. Smallmouth are on fire and in size; largemouth have their feedbag on for pre-spawn. It doesn't suck! 8-) You sure know how to make my day RW. ;D. I guess it's bowling and poker for a few more weeks. :

Well my average fish went up about a pound when I start jig-fishing most of the time, so I hope it will go up even more when I start swimbait fishing this year. I don't care about less fish, as long as it gets me 5. I also plan on fishing a lot more off-shore this year.

Matty let me know what the Doc says, since I have started working there I can't stop drinking. I usually drink 2-3 20oz waters a day, a 20 ozbottle of soda,a big Gatorade or 2, a few glasses of milk and on and on. My mom is actually worried. But yup, UPS is the best diet plan there is around. In 4 months, went from 211 to 192. and I eat whatever I want, I also grew about another inch too. :-/

If you feel "at home" on lake and feel like you can win without prefishing because you know the lake, then no. But if you don't, then go prefish and learn something new. I think prefishing can help, but it can also hurt you. because it can make you think too much come tournament day. Bassectomy, let me know when you want to prefish the park, lol.

It is one of those baits you really can't fish wrong.
