Trail Cameras
I have brought my laptop in my backpack to view the pics and save them, or just bring a regular digital camera to view them. I wouldn't waste the money on one of the viewers especially if you already have a digital camera.

Lake Eufaula, ok
Long town right now will be pretty good. Beautiful lake, but personally I hate the lake with a passion, that lake has a complete mind of its own! Ok I'm done with that rant, its just because everytime I go there for tourneys I get skunked. With how much rain that the lake has gotten I would try back in some creeks along natural banks, there are some hogs in there.

Hey mattlures
I have a tendency to cut my boxs to make them fit... the only downside is if u want to put different lures in the box they don't stay nearly as organized

Went To Buy Trilene 100 % Fluo. And Ended Up With Seguar Carbon Pro!
I love carbon pro, i think it spanks trilene. I find it to be a lot more abrasion resistant and has less memory issues... Granted i do this with all my line but i cover it in kvd line and lure conditioner

LOZ conditions.
Well when I was there a couple of weeks ago the water was fairly clear, and the fish were bitting off of shallow points going into deep water. The majority caught were on jerkbaits, but It also started to snow and we had 6 inches by the time we had gotten off the lake.

Using Flouro...brands, knots, "freshness", KVD/L@L, whats up???
I personally think using the kvd helps out tremendously. I was kind of worried when I went out and bought my flouro, cuz I didn't get exactly what I wanted. I have been using seaguar and cabelas invis x (I think thats what it is called) and I have had no problems what so ever! My buddy bought the trilene 100 percent and he had to keep retieing because it would get nicks in the line. My stuff has been amazing, no problems with abrasion, I throw into the thick stuff, drag the thick stuff, and fished jagged rocks with no problems. I was worried when I put the flouro on my spinning reel thinking I was going to have a mess on my hands... I never had any problems. I fished this stuff with ice on my guides with no problem. What you need to do is try some out, I studied up on here and on several other forums. My buddy is struggling with his trilene which is a very good flouro and is high respected. But with his experience alone I will never throw it. Seaguar will get my money or cabelas, granted the line is made by the same company. O and cabelas had some of their flouro on sale a couple of weeks ago, alot of it was their pink line.... it works great I used it this weekend and placed in a large tournament with their pink stuff. my 2 cents

I take it you are talking about the ozark tournament? if so I will let a couple buddies know, I don't think they have guaranteed boaters.

Lake Stanley Draper Help (Or other OKC area lakes)
There are several great lakes in oklahoma, if you have a boat. Lake eufaula, grand, ten killer, ft.gibson, a really nice like even though it isn't that big is dripping springs. Granted all those lakes are in eastern oklahoma. Those are all lakes I have fished and done real well on. Plus if you have a boat there are several jackpot tournaments, actually they are everywhere. Sooner lake is real nice also, hit up basszone.com, they are oklahoma based and you can get some help from there.

Lures that DON"T work??
my buddies first tournament he ever went into he threw a cheap walmart spinnerbait and ended up with a check for 129 bucks.... After that i started fishing tournaments with him.... and we get nothing I can understand the buzzbait thing. I haven't caught a single fish on one, I usually just burn a spinner bait.

Red Fluoro?
Ok, I just bought some cabelas invis x, but its all red. I was curious to see if any of you guys had used it? Whats your opinion? I know its the same thing as the seaguar red. I put it into a glass of water and it stuck out big time unlike my other fluoro's. Did I just waste my money or is it pretty good?

Matzuo hooks vs. the rest..
I would avoid them, they are very sharp and stay that way but I have broken several of their hooks. Stick with the gammys
-
New Lure Broke My Losing Streak!
looks pretty straightforward. i'll forward it to my lip bomb guy (he does spinner baits too). heck, my dad might be able to have his 'hookerhead' jig guy do them. That would be pretty sweet with a hooker head... I love those jigs he sells b

Lake of the Ozarks
thanks for all the info, I think im going to run about 50 yards of flouro on top of some backing. Dumping water huh? They are probably prepping for what happened last year when everything in the midwest was 10 to 30 foot above flood plane. I saw pics of table rock last year... and ya I cant blame them. Hopefully I draw a good boater so I can cash in the check to pay for the rest of the season. thanks ooo and if anyone else has some advice let me hear it I need all the help I can get

Lake of the Ozarks
I am fishing a bfl there at the end of the month, so I was wondering what I need to be prepared for what kind of setups and lures to expect and how deep. Any help will be appreciated. This ill be my first "clear" water tournament, it seemed that last year every lake I fished looked like chocolate milk. Plus I live in kansas there isn't anything clear around here
