I dont't see how in any way, shape, or form that the robotail even remotely resembles the rage rage tail. Not saying one is better than the other but they are completely different.

I like to replace the rear ONLY with a sureset.Your gonna dredge the whole lake with one on the front. Add a feather to the rear or a small teardrop spinner.

My neck of the woods we have still gotten very little rain as compared to whats been going on around the state.It just seems to miss manatee county everyday. If I can get out during one of the steady drizzles that isn't a brutal downpour I have done very well lately although have been having trouble locating the bigger fish.

I am not a total believer but can attest that many times when it says "prime times" are such and such that it is just that! Lately I have been going out during the middle of the day in the burning hot sun and no wind and killing them during these so called prime times. Let me tell you and the Florida guys know it: This is no place to be out on the water in the summer in the middle of the day.Most fishing is done in the evening or early morn during dark hours.

I have seen evidence of this and read about it too. I was out around sun up in one of my little lakes I fish,and right there next to the boat were at least 3 decent size bass were bashing this poor little 6 inch bluegill over and over and finally had him swimming on his side in circles on the surface.Suddenly a larger 4lb class fish came up and engulfed him as I sat there in shock of the violence I just witnessed. ;D Quickly fleeing prey may be easier to eat if knocked senseless first.Another bass may get to it first though.Its a dog eat dog world under water. If you snag a bass it may also be because its is trying to grab the item so quickly before another gets it.Thats why many times you see other fish following a hooked one to the boat and sometimes attemting to steal the item away.

"Changing" can also involve the way you are working the bait,upsizing or downsizing,or change color on the same kind of bait.Sometimes it can make the difference between dinks and quality fish or agressive bites vs. non agressive.
