  1. We get it glenn, your the lucky man having fun at the classic...here in Ohio we are rooting for Charlie Hartley while sitting in the snow waiting for the classic highlights tomorrow morning! Great pics, have fun!
  2. Hornets! I'm not a big NBA fan, but I went to Xavier with David West ( the night of the draft he sat on my front porch eating McDonalds while we drank and played cornhole....his 'gift' lexus from his agent sitting out front) I have to root for a good guy like DW.

Good luck Reelady! make ohio proud!
  4. yeah, I think my wife payed 20 when she signed me up for bass, so I get bassmaster mag, tackle bag , and espn access. Not a bad deal at all!
  5. I just noticed that a few minutes ago too. I wondered if the numbers would pick up as the Classic anticipation grew ( and great coverage from the mods )
  6. What did Raytheon do? The real feat was accomplished by Lockheed Martin and the Aegis radar system. My dad works for LM and from what little he can tell me, the Aegis is one of the country's most valuable assets. Raytheon produces that missile, the sm-3. Lockheed definitely played a huge role in the development/implementation phased array radar used with the Aegis system, but they arent the only ones. I was stating that I knew how great the Raytheon guys were, because they are the ones I have experience with. Other contributors to the Aegis system include: Boeing, Alliant Techsystems (ATK), Honeywell, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (JHU/APL) and The Massachusetts Institute of Technology Lincoln Laboratory (Lincoln Lab)...so it was obviously a joint effort, as it always is in military contracts.
  7. Good work, Robert! Its great to see someone with so much pride in their heritage and community! Best of luck to you, and let us know when we can buy online!
  8. how about a photo-copy or scan image? That would be fantastic!
  9. After working as a system maintenance team leader for a patriot missile system in the Army, I can tell you...those guys at Raytheon are great. They design a missile system to do one thing, and then they can fine-tine it and rewrite the software to do something even they never expected a missile to be able to do!
  10. Whats the update? Did this bit of fun bite the dust too????
  11. I'm with Dean on this one. I just looked at that bag last weekend was very impressed with what you get for the money...now if I could only come up with an extra $40...
  12. I know this is supposed to be a joke, but I think I have tried most of those tricks to no avail! I would happily trade my wife's cats for a termite infestation. Good one!
  13. I just got out of the Army in July and decided at the last minute that we wanted to move back to our small hometown, so with good jobs hard to find, I took a job running a highschool in-school suspension program. I actually dont mind the job of keeping kids in line, but the pay is awful. I am in the process of applying for the job of our Red Cross chapter disaster/emergency services coordinator, and as a volunteer I know this would be a great career with plenty of rewards...keep your fingers crossed for me!
  14. blue moon harvest moon is a close second to Yuengling. I used to love Budweiser, then two years in Germany turned me on to better beer!
  15. I cant believe I'm posting a recipe, but this one got me through college and my need for meat in every meal: Easy mac'n'cheese with a sausage chopped in cooked mixed in. Good stuff, and takes ten minutes!
  16. I saved a 6-pack of my favorite beer (Yuengling, America's oldest brewery) for the 500, and here it is time for the green flag and I only have two left. Needless to say I'm bummed, and cant buy this beer in Ohio, so I was left wondering...what are your favorite beers?
  17. My little brother gets all the gear, but even he doesnt know where some of my recent "secret" purchases are hidden!
  18. I never though I'd drink anything but redbull, but Monster sponsors my little snowboarding buddy, Louie Vito, so I decided to give it a try! I know I'm old when I used to babysit a guy in the X-games!
  19. Old-timers syndrome...he forgot his own words! Oh, and I would pay big $$ to see Mark Martin take this one to the checkers, but I'd hate to see the number 8 there without Jr. I'm torn!
  20. Avid- external hard drive has been great for me. I save all my pictures/videos and important files on my external, and it has saved me a couple times. Keeps free space on your computer hard drive, and when you buy a new computer...everything is there. The prices arent too bad now either!
  21. I've heard about it, but was not aware that it is an advance on next years tax return. All that does is put taxpayers in a more of a bind next year, after Bush is out of office!
  22. I feel ya muddy! About an hour ago it said the current temp was ONE degree and neg. 14 windchill.... I almost wish I still lived in NC, but only for the weather!
  23. Sounds like those of us in Central Ohio will be waking up to almost a foot of fresh snow tomorrow....just makes spring seem further away!
