  1. I've only ever used craw chunks as a trailer, I have never thrown a craw NOT on a jig, but would like to figure out how to go about rigging one. I'm targeting river smallies mainly, so I'm guessing a T-rig would work? I'm throwing ***' lake fork craw (4") Anyone have any pictures of how they rig 'em? Thanks!

  3. do a search, I know a guy posted about a month ago asking the same thing, said he was about fish a tourney there...may want to see if you can find that.
  4. I've never Wrigged this way either, but is this how you guys are doing it?

  6. haha, unfortunately that doesnt seem to work around here. I leave it running when I run in somewhere, leave it unlocked with the keys on the seat every night parked in front of the house, and...nothing. It is the 4g63, which is typically a decent motor, but this one is just a lemon....have had to replace timing belt, plugs, wires, coils, etc. The biggest thing I hate about this car is that they messed up the design of the hvac system, and the knob to turn fron cool to warm broke off, and you cant just buy that knob (although mitsu knows of the problem), you have to spend $300 to buy a new ac control unit. Pliers will work for me, thanks. I'll sell it this summer, but until then...I'll just have to hate it.
  7. I know, but I hate to think I dropped a few thousand dollars to own a car that has been nothing but a pain in the @$$. I think I would just get more of a thrill from seeing the car crushed!
  8. I have a sad confession: I drive a mitsubishi lancer. I hate this car with a passion. All winter long I have been waiting on a lightening strike to hit the tree that hangs ove the driveway. Today we got an ice storm, 1/2 in. of ice on everything, including the big branch over the drive. I strategically parked my car under the branch when the ice was getting started. It is now 9pm and the branch has arched over my car and the tip of the branch that is usually 15 feet in the air is less than 15 inches over my car. WHY??? Have some pitty, lord! If anyone happens to drive by, feel free to hit the car and end my sorrow!
  9. that is a link to nothing, how do we find it?
  10. How do we know you aren't the gps/pt? haha Soon I hope to have up an avatar pic of me with the first bass of the year, and you will know by the post-army GUT I'm sporting that being a personal trainer is out of the question! Gay porn star...I dont know what to do there other than deny, deny, deny!
  11. J- You'll have a blast, boy or girl. It is tough when the baby is in the mommy stages, my son has been that way for 11 months! Its a lot of fun though, no matter how frustrating it can be at times. You sound like you are headed in the right direction, just enjoy the ride!
  12. Thats how they serve it in bars in Europe. Last I knew only a few euro contries still had the wormwood infused stuff, but it isnt impossible to get ahold of. When I was in Germany we had a bartender that loved getting tips for grabbing the "wrong" bottle of the stuff
  13. quite a few people have my screenname on here, so I googled my real name....turns out there is a gay porn star/personal trainer with the same name...yippee! :-/
  14. Great to hear your doing okay! You definitely found yourself on the operating table of one of the premier medical facilities in the country!

I love this site. Not only do I learn a lot about bass fishing, and enjoy seeing members support those who need it, and even the posts that contain absolutely no valuable information or knowledge can atleast be found humorous!
  16. I have used the wal-mart airbrushes when I was maybe 15 and building model cars. They do a good job of evenly spraying, I would just look to see that you can get different tips for them before you make a purchase.
  17. google here too. These guys do a good job of keeping BR in the top five!
  18. You will honestly all but forget about fishing for a while. Chances are she will get so sick of you being at home, she will say "hey, you should go fishing!" Congrats man, thats great news, and have fun with it for sure! Experience says if you baby her and sympathize every time she is mad/uncomfortable/crazy during the pregnancy she will thank you 1000Xs over after the baby comes and her sanity returns!
  19. congrats, and definitely thanks for the contribution!
  20. I've never fished a river for smallies, but cant wait to get started. Here is what I have learned so far: the weekend I decide to start fishing river smallies the river will flood to 4 feet above flood level. Not off to a good start
  21. Okay quitting coffee is now out of the question. I had to have a cup this morning...but cigs are still the devil!
  22. I hear ya, I keep snacking on everything I can to keep from getting bored or restless
  23. didnt quite expect to be THIS anxious, I just got mad at the garage door opener for not working on the first click. Not a big fan of (excuse me) hacking up all the crap I've been leaving in my lungs over the past ten years. Frog, you got that goin on too? I'm heading out to practice casting in 10 inches of snow.
  24. definitely been there, I cant tell you what causes it, I can tell you it is one time out of the many it will happen when you take up bass fishing! Its always a puzzle
