  1. Wow, I hope he pulls through.
  2. Personal preference. XF is better for hooksets. F casts easier. I use XF and got used to it.
  3. The NFC East just got better, lol.
  4. Depends on the motor. Some have a power optimizer that basically uses short pulses to run the prop, which drains less than a steady draw. You get what you pay for.
  5. Running 4 to 6 batteries for today's 24 and 36 volt systems is pretty unpractical. That's why bleeding edge tech for this is in lithium.
  6. Big bass eat small bass - you kill those two?
  7. Hooks on "regular ball heads" usually suck. Bite Me and Venom use a sharp, nickel plated hook.
  8. "This side up" Lol, glad you worked it out.
  9. I'd run a Phoenix if I somehow had the cash. A friend had one, and the only problem with it is it's only 19', lol. I'm spoiled by the deck on my bullet. Nice boat, pa!
  10. I like the Venom heads in the spring, fishing tubes shallow on Finger Lakes. You kind of scoot them along the bottom, quicker than you'd think you should. Much different than deeper, tube fishing or the weedless flipping style. I forgot about those heads. Well made, with sharp hooks.
  11. I believe theSienna is the ratcheting AR. There's two spring wires, a yoke, and a ratcheting tube that all have to be in perfect alignment before it will work.
  12. 6# mono will be fine, though I don't consider that UL. Something like 2-3lb. Is more like UL. It doesn't really matter when you use KVD L&L. If not, then wait.
  13. I knew a guy with Maseritus. Had to use a balm.
  14. Without. I don't like anything in the way of a hook set.
  15. They are probably the trickiest to service. There's no way to explain it over the web.
  16. It's real. Weasels are awesome.
  17. The link above puts them at 350. Its your money. Sounds like you have something else going on - I get more than 12 hours on two 12v and my 80# TM on a 22' bass boat.
  18. Doesn't matter if they're 3" or 4", I like the Bite Me Big Dudes.
  19. I've always had a thing for Porsche. Yeah, they're funny looking, and there's an awful lot of engineering in there to get a rear engine to act like a mid engine, but they're cool to me. I used to like flinging my cousin's around. It had a stiff clutch, though.
  20. I can't think of any reasons to chuck down $1400 to run my trolling motor, lol.
  21. My buddy had one. I was able to get around the lake much better in my fishing kayak, but for two guys you need two kayaks. In the crawdad, he could bring a buddy. My kayak was quite a bit more stable than the crawdad when it came to standing, though that was with two guys in it, not alone like the kayak.
  22. I can pretty much guarantee that it's been thought of and doesn't work. Get yourself a marine deep cycle. The only way to increase run time is to add batteries.
  23. Bobby would never sell out.
  24. Sort f like asking for the best car in the 60 - 80k range. There isn't much junk up there.
