  4. Those are some fat fish! Nice job!
  5. Very nice fish man!
  6. Twitch it, burn it, hop it, between long or short pauses, etc... Make it look like a frog! Fish it anywhere a frog would hang out. Walking the dog is a bit harder with frogs, it just takes time and practice. A good rhythm and the right amount of slack in your line is key.
  7. Gotcha. I wasn't alive then. ;D Have ya'll ever heard of Bowman Gray in Winston Salem? I love going to those races. It's a 1/4 mile track with about 10 races and one featured race every Saturday night. It's good stuff!
  8. Bottom line- Get what YOU want with the amount of money YOU want to spend. There are no rules, so get what makes you happiest!
  9. When did you see a North Wilkesboro race? Its been for sale for a while.
  10. Just for the heads up... There are different grades of pressure treated lumber. Above ground Below ground In the water I have no clue which you have, but this may be something to look into. After you rebuild, Thompsons Water seal is one of the best things you can do. My dad uses it on the floor of the horse trailer, and the boards are good as new 20 years old.
  11. Great pictures, and even better fish!
  12. Im sure they smiled when they got the paycheck. ;D But yeah, I know what you mean. Fishing should be fun! Glad you had a good day!
  13. The card games and stuff like Tetris are alright, but the more realistic the games try to be, they lamer they tend to get. I think I'd rather spend $5 a month on fishing stuff.
  14. You guys in Concord have it made living so close to a Bass Pro! I *** ya'll!
  15. He should have left while he was ahead.

  17. Welcome to the forums!
  18. I have before. I used to buy the new MLB game every year, but they are all pretty lame honestly. I haven't tried the VCast games though.
  19. Some woods are certianly more water resistant than others, and some provide more cover. I'd think one that provides a mix of both would be the most beneficial. Location should be the first thing you consider. Generally, bigger trees with bigger branches spread further apart will hold bigger fish, while smaller trees like christmas trees hold much smaller fish. This website explains it all. It also explains the misconception that a Christmas tree is the perfect choice, when in fact it is one of the worst. **Edit** The link ain't wokin', but hopefully this helps.
  20. Just a little tip... Try copy and pasting your resume into Microsoft Word to spell check. It will help you find most errors. There are still places where you used "i" instead of "I". Cody
  21. I'm with you on that one. The stuff works like a charm, no doubt. But sometimes, especially if you don't fish for a couple of days, it seems worse than before.
  22. Exactly. 100 million Americans shop at Wal Mart every week. That's 1/3 of the whole United States. I am not a fan of outsourcing and offshoring, but many people don't realize its many benefits. Yes, it may put Billy Bob's hardware store down the street out of business, but thats how it goes.
  23. I have no clue. Haha. 2 are in KA, 3 are in ADPI, and there are 3 or 4 more that do their own thing.
  24. How do you know she wouldn't pass a background check?
