  4. Something that moves what. The fish can see so they have to feel their prey. They position right on the cover in shallow water. Good Luck
  5. It requires a much softer pop than its bigger brothers. I'm with everyone on starting with a bigger one. You'll catch some toads on em more so than the puppy. If you really want to work a puppy, work it slower and find a line that doesn't sink fast( bigger lines and mono). pop it on a semi slack line should be enough but to be honest its got alot to do with your feel for it. after awhile you'll be on here giving the tips about it. Good Luck Mottfia
  6. HAHA me and Triton_Mike got into a debate about lure color a few weeks ago where we talked about the bubblegum trickworm. No matter what color philosophy you take you have to try this lure out. Fish it high and fast or low and slow, just fish it and you'll catch one this time of year. Thats definitely a different rig from what I use. Looks close to wacky sytle. I'm gonna have to give that a try! Mottfia
  7. 12-20mph haha Yep that ranks as really really freakin fast in my book. I had never heard the exact speed but Al Linder once put it as they can travel 5 times fast that you can reel. He's a pretty accurate source in my opinion. Good stuff WRB Mottfia
  8. Thats a massive bass. Great caught!
  9. I agree with Catt too but I prefer to work with smaller companies cause they are much more personable and helpful. Mottfia
  10. Central Alabama + 6.5foot(deepest) pond= 9lb bass That fish was pumping some major roids cause he was 5 times bigger than anything else I've seen out of there. Someone explain that to me! Mottfia
  11. Its hard to take a stranger's word on somthing as crazy as that. I'll give you props for not busting him hard right off the bat, Chris. That was pretty sly to throw in the record thing to him. Maybe that will even out his stories some...if he even thought about the point that you were trying to make Mottfia
  12. Yea I've seen hackers use that fake login page to get onto people's Myspace accounts. Not sure whats that about but they do it so much now that someone should be concerned for the kids on there. Mottfia
  13. Bassn Blvd, I had just about giving up on it being funny and then he hit that full sprint lying down. The wall put me over the top. Awesomely funny Vid. Mottfia
  14. cool. pic definitely missed that joke. :'(
  15. DUDE CONGRATULATIONS!!! thats awesome ;D
  16. RW, is dead on.Plastics are great baits, definitely from bank fishing. I'd also suggest a spinnerbait too. Slow rolling it around creek mouths it deadly in cold water rivers. Just fast enough to make the blades spin. Mottfia
  17. Being in Alabama I've always thought that people have had more of an outdoors side to em and yea most guys that I know fishing is more than just luck. But the women honestly have no clue. lol I've been in college now for 4 years and when I'm meeting new people I make a point to bring up something about fishing or camping... ... ... ...and thats the silence I generally get from that ladies :-/ Its actually hilarious when they give you that look and you know that their next words are gonna be "I like to fish" or "I've been once" but don't let that little bit throw you off cause you should see them same ladies start batting those eyes when I tell em a few of my stories about our favorite sport. ;D 8-) Mottfia
  18. Not so hard for me to believe. We have ponds down here that are seriously messed size wise but you can catch 100-200 bass in a day of fishing. They are all 10ins but the principle is there!
  19. Dude that's all you. ;D

I've used em when targeting spotted bass, tough fishing days, sparse cover, ah yes clear water, and a few other things that come when i get too lazy to retie . They are very reliable lures. For the most part my finese jig use is my presentation of choice when dealing with fish that are alittle off. It give a look that shows that bass that it wouldn't use much energy to catch it. Generally when a cold front comes through or when no one rang the dinner bell ( see that alot in the summer around here). They are great flipping baits and work very well when being dragged around for spots. But more recently I have grown away from the craw worm for sparser cover to use the finese jig. You work it the same way that You's worms and craws. I like to use 12-14 lb Mono but anything down to 8 I'd feel comfortable with if I did have so much cover to come through. Medium to meduim heavy rods depending what your fishing and the sixe of the line that your fishing. heavy cover= heavy rod= heavier line Mottfia
  21. This is a subject I have no knowledge of. I'm really hoping to hear from some of the guys on how they go about approaching this type of fishing. Mottfia
  22. Mello Yello and peanut M&M's
  23. Great Interview Glenn. Yall really can put together the good stuff for us Mottfia
  24. Guess I should really work on this part of my game but fishing small isn't part of my game right now. So when things get tough I turn to the good ole spinnerbait.
