May not have enough skill? Mir has forgotten more about MMA in his lifetime than Kimbo will ever know. Kimbo shouldn't even be in the same sentence as Frank Mir. Kimbo can throw hands but so can Mir (see Noguiera fight) and if the fight went to the mat, Mir would most likely break Kimbo's arm (see Sylvia fight) or choke him out rather quickly. Mir is a jiu-jitsu black belt and has been for a very long time.....he's light years ahead of Kimbo in all facets of the game. They might match up well on paper but that's about it. Kimbo could surprise people though on TUF. If the guys on the show want to stand and fight him, they better get ready to get beat on. He's been in obscurity for a while and training with Bas Ruuten (sp?) so his overall 'game' could be much improved. The show is only about a month away so we'll see what's up real soon. But Kimbo's got a long way to go before he hits the octagon with the big boys. I'd be a little scared of what might be living in Kimbo's beard.....he needs to take control of that thing. ;D

Yep, he didnt qualify for the contingency money because he didnt fish in a Ranger. This is just a guess but his primary boat contract (Triton?) might prevent him from fishing a Ranger unless it is enforced that he uses a Ranger (like on the last day of the Cup).

Silva was smashing Griffin in the face whenever he wanted to and wasnt even holding his hands up to defend Forrest's punches. Knocked him down 3 times in first round....ref stopped it after the 3rd time. I guess BJ gets Diego Sanchez next for the belt. That's definitely going to be some 'must see TV'.

Crabtree might not do jack when he's double covered by NFL corners/safeties. He didnt see much double team at TT because of the spread offense. Those days are over and he might get schooled. Plus, SF doesnt have a good QB..... I was hoping the Raiders would take Crabtree and I was a little mad when they took Heyward-Bay but I've since changed my mind.

Very good topic. I recently found a pair of long nose diagonal cutters (and boy, they were hard to find) but I can now cut the hook off pretty much all the way to the throat if I can't get it all the way out. I figure cutting most of the shank off has to help.

The rumor is that Kimbo loses early on TUF. But then again, the UFC could've leaked that on purpose. This is the first time after 6 or 7 seasons that a rumor of someone losing has gotten out so....who knows. Doesn't matter, I'm watching it like always, with or without Kimbo. Anybody watching UFC 101 tomorrow night? Florian better not make any mistakes early or it will be game over. BJ should dominate. He's just on a different level than all the other 155's. I like Florian though, he's definitely earned his title shot. Griffin vs. Silva might be interesting for about a round and a half.
