Heard something concerning today.
Shop for deals. The market is starting to saturate and prices are dropping. I've seen more rebates come out then the last 3-4 years. Also look at a good deal used and one of my relatives bought a brand new Phoenix 721 dirt cheap 2023 model in comparison since the dealer needed to move it. It was almost a steal. He bought it new cheaper then I've seen a lot of used ones go for.

you ever have a shipment hold up in Customs?
yes. I've had a couple. Just takes a little longer.

do you still consider yourself a rookie in fishing?
I'd say I'm in my in my enjoyment phase. A couple years ago when I was younger? I was learning, then I started fishing a lot of tournaments, started a lure business, etc. Now I fish a couple to few tournaments a year. Nothing big, but I get the most enjoyment taking my kids out and teaching them and just having a good ol time.

Dbombs when to use
I do. I fish it alot in the summer. Sometimes its just what they want. I throw them mostly on 3/8. I'm a 3/8 Trig guy for stuff like this. Sometimes I'll go lighter or heavier but mostly 3/8.

Dbombs when to use
I fish the Dbomb quite a bit. Most of the time its on a texas rig. I normally switch between the Dbomb and the Structure bug to see which one the fish prefer. Dbombs rock. Some of the other ways I've thrown them with good success. Shaky head- another one of my favorites. Carolina rig Jig trailer weightless

Still considering a glass boat
Nice boat Bird! I'd go 4 stroke for sure. Weights are not even that far off. My 250 pro xs 2 stroke is 505lbs. A 4s is 511 lbs. in a new 250 pro xs Plus there is no oil reservoir in the boat. Boat brand if its glass I'm a Phoenix fan.

Are they rude or am I to sensitive?
Pretty much how I am anymore. For the most part I just dont care anymore. I cant remember the last time someone got what I considered to close to me. When i do come up on someone on a small lake I fish I always ask them if they care if I go around them. Kinda expected on a small lake though. I've worn both shoes so to speak.

Angry people while pitching docks?
Same here. Earlier this year i had a guy say "oh there is a 4-5lber under my walk way." Me thinking he is messing with me I tossed under his walkway. He wasn't joking. Lost the fish on the cables. DOH! We talked for a second and I went on my way. Real nice guy.

Trolling motor?
X3. I run a Ghost. I really like it. The spot lock is a great feature. Like Gimruis said most motors link up to your graphs now depending on brand. I went ghost because its brushless. I heard Minn Kota is coming out with a brushless motor. Its the way to go but they are expensive.

Keeping boat seats like new?
I thought mine were clean until I used Starbrite Ultimate Vinyl clean and scrubbed them up. Now they look new. After I did that I use a vinyl protestant called boat juice. It seems to work good.
