  1. If you were buying or changing the hooks on your crankbait or jerkbait which of these two hooks would you prefer and why?
  2. Wire tied. Sorry I did not post that.
  3. I'm throwing this topic back up due to the reboot. Just for the Holidays. The Stocking Stuffer Pack. For the Holidays I've packaged up 5 of my most popular colors in a money savings 5 pack of jigs for $15. All the jigs are the Dredge Series and will be offered in the same size chosen. All jigs are wire tied. http://www.siebertoutdoors.com/index.php/stocking-stuffer-pack Thanks All!
  4. I'm working on going. I hope I can. I know for sure the boss can not go.
  5. That should take care of it. No need for sta bil. http://www.mercurymarine.com/parts-and-accessories/product-overview/fuel-care-system/ I use seafoam but there are a lot of great products out there. Like Slonezp said. The biggest worry is water in the motor.
  6. I hope I can make this one too. Wife is in school so I will have to see what happens. It would be the 4th trip and on a lake I would really like to fish. Kyak, Last year my wife went with me. Nice video Glenn.
  7. Thanks!! My wife and a buddy designed those. I'll let them know.
  8. Very possible. Either way. Very nice!!!!
  9. I was throwing a Big O Brush Blue Bug jig with a Rage craw in Blue Bug. That lake is a brushy lake. Mark, I doubt it would.
  10. Here is a nice fish from the other day. Nothing huge but a nice one.
  11. I throw a buzzbait with flouro. I've never had an issue with it.
  12. I have an IMX PR844C I use for crankbaits. I'd let it go for 115.00 shipped.
  13. This is one reason I will stop and fish by a ramp if its real busy.
  14. T rigged or shaky head.
  15. I fished the DB Craw Saturday on a Black and blue tungsten jig. They were eating it pretty good. I really like the action. It is a lot more subtle then the Rage Craw.
  16. Awesome!! I was throwing a square bill with it. It casts great. I ended up wit about 6-8 fish on it. Its a great rod and handles the fish extremely well. If I get bit on a real long cast its no issue setting the hook and moving the line. Absolutely no complaints.
  17. "black and blue, brown and purple, green and brown, and maybe PB&J" These are the basics and can not go wrong with those.
  18. I fish plastics year round anymore. I have not fished any pork in probably 5-10 yrs. For me I do not see any benefit too it. My catch ratio does not change nor do I have to worry about spilling the jar. I do fish hand poured really soft trailers.
  19. Jan 15- about March 15 are my hardest times. No hunting seasons really and the lakes that are close usually freeze over or at least at the ramps. I do schedule a trout trip at this time to help break up the boredom.
  20. Nice picture. That is why I like the brush head. I like the way it sits in the water.
  21. I went to texas road house the other day. It was $17 for ribs. I could tell it was only 17. There is a place in Excelsor Springs out by KC is the best bbq ribs I've ever had. Cheap too. full rack is about 15 bucks or was last time I was out that way.
  22. I'd like to try one of the Loomis Deep Flex rods. Their 7'6" CBR is nice but the handle is about 2" short for me. I know because I have one. I'm going to try some dd22's on this new rod. we will see what happens.
