  1. Sweet ~ My prediction. There will be carnage. A-Jay
  2. Holy Smokes my friend, didn't see that one coming. Best of luck with all the relocating stuff. And as for the fishing. You'll kill it. And if you pen a thread that allows one to follow your Exploits, I'll buy a big roll of tickets for that ride. What will you be fishing out of ? Have Fun A-Jay
  3. I often dream about being normal someday. What's it like J ? A-Jay

In the service, my wife and I both worked for a person who was so late to every meeting HE scheduled, it was laughable. After a year of this, I started leaving these deals after 5 minutes of waiting. There would be 50 other humans just sitting there buring daylight. What was even more rich is that this senoir member chose to question and even "Counsel" me as to my absence. My responses were not really good career moves, but they felt good. ?️ A-Jay
  5. You might be treating the symptom and not the problem. Perhaps reassess your current lure storage/stowage deal. May need a new plan. btw- leaving salty trailers on hooks for extended periods can speed up oxidation. A-Jay

  8. Back at it this morning with Push 2. Hit Core, Shoulders, Chest & Triceps with 3 solid working sets. Showing the last 2 here. Feeling Good. #borninfiftynine Willpower is like a muscle: The more you train it, the stronger it gets. A-Jay
  9. No Clue as I'd never even consider it. I prefer to eliminate risk best I can rather than manufacture it. Good Luck though. A-Jay
  10. Having different size tires on your trailer can cause a couple of different issues. The longer you do it, the more of a concern they become. The first one being that they have different weight capacities. An important point of consideration is when using two different size tires, the load has to be no more than the capacity of the lowest rated tire. With a substantial difference with both weight capacities and inflation levels, the chances of inadvertently overloading on the smaller side tire is quite possible. The other issues are the uneven wearing of the tires which can lead to greater wear of suspension components and the load being carried un-level. With these different possibilities, the end result could be a blown tire (at usually the most inopportune time) which can cause damage to your trailer and/or your load. None for me, thank you. A-Jay
  11. I do use mostly full size jigs. For local bass preference is 4/0 or 5/0 hook and I use a rage bug, craw and even a Lobster at times. Will snip off a segment off the body. Finally my focus is not tight eyes. A-Jay
  12. For jigs I go with Seaguar Tatsu Fluorocarbon Line. 15 lb for domestic bass - mostly the brown variety. And 20 lb for the Mutant Green ones south of the border. https://youtu.be/1to6ti-tlZY?feature=shared&t=697 A-Jay

  15. Cookie cutter smallmouth this morning ~ I like it. A-Jay
  16. There were big brown bass caught - several. No report was made. Going again tomorrow. Might combine the two trips into one report later. We'll have to wait and see. A-Jay
  17. Sometimes 2500 / 3000 reels are the same size and weight, but the 3000 has a Deeper spool. A-Jay
  18. Not new, but the Biovex Stangun has put a few tanks in my Frabil. A-Jay
  19. After a killer day on the water yesterday, I was back in the home gym this morning. #borninfiftynine A-Jay
  20. I prefer 2500 or 3000 size reels for bass fishing. It's all about line capacity for me. More is better. The two reels on the right are 3000 Diawa Tatula SS. Rest are 2500 (white) & 3000 size Shimano. A-Jay
  21. Having the Max HP on most any rig will allow the operator to get the top performance from the hull. Less HP equals less performance. Not desirable for me on bigger water. YMMV. As for 'options', knowing what I needed and why is what drove my decisions. I do not know what that means for you and your fishing. Might be wildly different than what I've got going up here. Additionally I chose a Lund Dealer that is also an Authorized, Minn Kota, Mercury & Humminbird dealer. Just so happens to be the brands I prefer and made for a very beneficial relationship. Either way, below are the options that were part of the initial purchase order. Custom single axle bunk galvanized trailer Travel cover 4 bank charge (I went with Dual Pro) Smart Craft Gauge upgrade **** a padded front deck was Not an option in 2016, had it been I'd have gotten it. Port Console Stainless Prop ~ Tempest plus 21" pitch Hydraulic steering w/tilt 12 ft Talons were installed by the dealer. All of the electronics & the trolling motor (including the quick mount) were installed by the dealer. My rig was pretty much turn key when I got it. Well, except for the tackle & other misc boat & truck gear. Good Luck A-Jay
  22. The Lund 1875 Pro-V Bass is currently only being offered in the 'XS' configuration. The bench seat model is no longer being manufactured. I recommend the 200 HP ProXS for the 1875. I solo launch & recover my rig and converting from standard carpet bunk to composite bunks has made the process easier & safer for me. More info here https://youtu.be/h3kMaYvtQOE?feature=shared I have No experience with the Nissan Frontier or it's towing capacity. My Pro-V bass has been hauled quite effectively by a couple of different GMC Sierra 1500s. Always with a 6.2 L engine. Good Luck with your purchase. A-Jay

For me, punctuality is about having respect for myself. Others can life their lives as they chose. Being "late" all the time displays an inability to live a good life. #weakcharacter A-Jay
