  2. I have been fishing the Baby paca Craw, and i have done real well with them. I was fishing Table Rock Lake last week at night and I lost the bass of my life on the baby paca.I was just wondering if any one does fish the Paca craw ( I think the paca is alittle bigger than the baby) and do you fish both of them in the same areas? And what colors do you fish? I lost my pig on a green pumkin. :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :-/ :-/ > > > > > >

  5. I have done two articles on night fishing and many seminars, and I also guide at night. So if you want PM me for more info. And yes you can catch big bass at night. Most people fish the wrong spots and you need to do some home work on your lake!
  6. 5" Senko jig Paca Craws spinnerbait ;D 8-) :-? : :P
  7. I have 3 of the President spinning reels and I love them. My bud just bought the Supreme and I did have a chance to play with it. It just looks like it is built better and is a very smooth reel. The President is also very smooth, I think it just comes down to how much you want to spend, but no matter what one you pick you can't go wrong! 8-)
  8. Like RW said the Yo- Zuri Ultra Soft is great on spinning. RW told me about this line and I tryed it, and I love this line, it is very strong. I use the 6lb. and 8 lb.and 12 lb. on my bait casting.I would just say try it and you will be hooked as I am!!!!!! : : : :-? :-? 8-) ;) :-?
  9. 5" Senko brown purple black flake or a Baby Paca Craw.
  10. I go with tex-pose it too.Better hook ups.
  11. I use all 3 lines ,GREAT LINES.
  12. One thing I do is with the hook. I use a 2/0 or 3/0 off set EWG hook for a wacky rig, and that way I can fish it wacky or if I get into weeds or wood all I have to do is rig it tex. without changing the hook. You could also use a off set worm hook too. It works for me
  13. I don't know if you guys know that you can order them from JBC Outfitters or Brad Covert on this web site, you also get a discount for being a member of this web site. I think he gives us 10% off.
  14. You won't be sorry with the baby paca craws. and when you swim them, now that is coooooooool what a great bait.
  15. Went fishing on Sat. and WOW ! We wore them out, I wish I was in a tournament! I was fishing the geen pumkin on a T-rig. The biggin was only 4 lbs 2 0z. I did order a bunch but I am going to get more ;D .
  16. 1. swim bait Rainbow trout 2. Jig & Pig Vertical lures jig 3. big worms 8 to 12 in. Black, junebug, black grape, red shad 4. slop frog 5. spinnerbait or a buzzbait
  17. Deep weed lines,rock points,docks near deep water,slop.
  18. I guide at night on our lakes. If you want to catch big bass DON'T fish were most people fish during the day. You want to fish much deeper!!!! And DON'T use a light on the water or shine it on the shore,it will take your eyes too long to ajust and you will spook any fish with the light. Big fish get big for a reason, one they are in deep water for the most part of there life. I am not saying you can't catch big bass in shallow water, but you can't do it on a steady basis. But if you fish deep water at night, you can do it more often. If you want to PM me I can give you more info and what tricks work for me. Dan
  19. Black jitterbug ( change the hooks ) black blue, and brown+ orange, greenpumpkin + orange jigs. Black or junebug lizards, and big worms 7" to 12" c- rig craws and grubs. Just to name a few.
  20. I have been told that white is a good color that is why I did ask to get everyone's input.
  21. What color frog do you like to fish in the slop?
  22. Yes, I use them on a split-shot rig, a Finn.rig, shaky heads, and drop shot. It is a geat bait after a front.
  23. When you fish the chatterbait with a fluke,do you take the skirt off or fish the fluke with the skirt on?
  24. Our bass season opens May 5, and I have my first tournament June 3. I would like some input on the following= Would a swimming jig be good to use in the pads if the bass are pre spawn to post spawn? I would think the bass would not be in the pads at this time due to the fact that pads grow in muck. Am I correct on this or am I wrong? The tounament lake has alot of pads but alot of deep water too, it has sand bars, rock and alot of weeds too. I just don't know if I would be wasting my time in the pads. The pads should be in full mode at this time.
