  1. I would call Berkley up to see if they still make them and if they sell in bulk!
  2. Mojo, don't feel dumb! There are no dumb questions on this site! you will not know unless you ask! We are all here to help! We all have done that at one time or another!
  3. Tackle Direct is where I ordered my WP's. Good price too and low shipping compared to others!
  4. Someone put some JJ's Magic on it for sure! And I mean that in a good way!
  5. I have been reading some on the Whopper Plopper and this may have been posted so sorry if it was. But just wanted to know what size and color you guys like? I was thinking of picking one up ( like I need another bait ) so who has the best price? I know BPS was way too high!
  6. NO! Don't do it, it is like acid!
  7. Lets see, lost a pair of Solor Bat sunglass's ( $ 150.00 )!On my old boat many years ago I was on a lake that had stumps and my boat was on the water only two times and I bent the trolling motor so bad by hitting a stump that I could not bring in into the boat , I forgot to pull it up and I started to go to another spot with the big motor STUMP! Like others have said it could be alot worse! PS= It was not a Minn-Kota!!!!!!!
  8. One of the best top water baits made! It is a old stand by on Table Rock!
  9. Yes my boat!
  10. 8 rods on deck and 5 or 6 in locker. On deck depends what pattern's. But at least 4 with jigs!
  11. Jerkbaits, jigs, cranks ( Wiggle Wart, Rock Crawler) my top 3!
  12. The Paca ( 5 in. ) I fish in the summer in deeper rock. The baby and the tiny are the same action just the baby is smaller than the tiny. And the chunks have the same action like Ktho posted. The Paca slim is a great trailer on a jig or on a weighted hook. I lived up in Wisconsin my whole life and I was a guide for over 15 years and then I got smart and moved to Mo. and Table Rock Lake.It only took me 62 years to get smart! I HATE the weather in Wisconsin!!!!!!!!
  13. I know. I was thinking more of a spook!
  14. June bug,black,black grape,red shad,black neon!
  15. ?????????????????????????????????
  16. Bingo! enough said!
  17. I would think it would be better to throw it on soinning gear! You could with 12 lb. line on a baitcaster buy why unless like Raul said. I fish it on spinning gear!
  18. And remember weather has someting to do when the big-ins come in. A front can drive the males off too.Catt is wright, or look for where the canal comes into the main lake and look at the two points going into the canal.
  19. I would rather fish with the wrong bait in the wright place than fish the wrong place with the wright bait! It would be cool to see them fish blind!
  20. As for trailers for that jig a Zoom swimming chunk,Netbait Tiny Paca craw, small twin tail grub. But I agree with Indiana,so when you do set the hook-set it extra hard with them jigs, but you can get them with that jig!
  21. Wright place,Wright time, wright structure! Big bass get caught on many lures, there is no magic lures. I am not trying to be a punk. If I was to bet and if that 18 er was caught I would say = jig, or big swimbait.
  22. Get the jigs out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Flippin and pitch-in time!!!!! SHAKE THAT JIG !
  23. Yep I agree! what wouldn't a smallies hit this rig. I have the big 3 on the Neko!
  24. Crawfish change colors at certain times of the year,it is called molting.Like papajoe posted, and i agree with him ,them two colors would be my top two also. But there are times when they will be a blue-ish,red-ish,green orange and all lakes can have a certain craw .All lakes are not the same as color of crawfish goes.Just catch a few bass and put them in your live well and after awhile the bass will spit up some of the craws that they ate,and take a look at the colors and the claw colors.,and then match the hatch. But now to answer your question- black/blue or just black,greenpumpkin,brown/blue, or just brown,PBJ,and green with a bit of orange in it! The bass in Table Rock love Brown/blue. And as Papa said play with trailer colors like a brown jig and a blue chunk and GOT ONE!
  25. Just fish it like you would a pop-R or slow fishing a Spook!
