NFL roster cuts - bonehead moves?
I thought the same thing Glenn. Al Davis is off his rocker..........again. N.Y. Giants released Tyree (who had the miracle catch in SB). I thought they should have kept him but understand it's a business. Cleveland Browns kept Jamal Lewis (at least for now) and K.C. Chiefs kept Larry Johnson. Both should have been let go in favor of the new talent, especially Lewis. The rookie James Davis is pretty good.

Almost caught'em, wish i did....... and they better hope i dont see them in the future!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry to hear that crap, man. I would have definitely done something extreme and tried chasing them down which would have resulted in either me or them crashing. Then their parents would probably sue me............Jesus H. what is this country coming to?...........

So You Want To Go Pro
- Ever have a day where everything you touch turns to poo?
Had one of those last week Micro at my subdivision lake. Got set up out there, anticipating a great day. The beautiful partly cloudy day lasted 30 mins then steady 20 mph wind sprung up, gusting to like 40 blew my little pond prowler into a dead fall. Trolling motor hung up on it just as it started raining. Of course heading back it was INTO the wind and right when I get back to the house, the bottom falls out and it starts pouring. >- Here we go (AGAIN)...
Someone call Favre and tell him the Sun is the center of our Solar system and not where ever he's standing. What a d-bag.- PC Problem?
- I dont care...
Drama Queen and Attention Oar. This guy's sacrificed his legacy in an attempt to avenge himself on the Packers when they weren't at fault. He retired, they drafted accordingly and once he saw he was replaceable he changed his mind. Right now, I'd much rather watch Mike Vick play than to see this clown.- I'm sorry, we are currently in maintenance mode.
It's actually all my fault. Every night about the same time, I'll type up some long winded diatribe about something that really torques me and when I go to hit the 'Post' button it tells me the site is in maint. mode and my post vanishes. Sorry fellas. Seriously, Glenn does do a fantastic job maintaining this site and if it has to be done nightly to keep it that way, so be it. After all, he's buying the drinks here; we're just guests. 8-)- Pittsburgh vacation help!!! Anyone!
Station Square is pretty decent for shopping and walking around. It's right below the Incline that bass or bass ? was talking about. Also, right near there is the Gateway Clipper Fleet where you can take the kids out on one of the little ships for a boat ride tour. Oh and as with any city, there are parts where you don't want to let the sun set on your behind.- Like a doll's eyes
I thought this was gonna be about a shark. :- Buying an item and then asking for reviews
If I really want something, I'll most likely buy it if it's not too expensive. If it is expensive or if I'm wishy washy on it, I'll research it and possibly get some opinions from guys here that I trust will give me an unbiased view. Everyone fishes differently and someone's 'can't miss lure' may not boat anything for someone else.- He's BAAAAAAAAAACK
They said when it was announced during the game tonight that even the Public Relations staff for Eagles were surprised. I'm glad the rumor of him going to Pittsburgh were false.- Stupid! Stupid! Stupid!
I disagree. Finding yourself even partly to blame for some ahole stealing stuff off of your property is wrong. I hope they hook a 25 lb bass with it and lose it.- Chinese buffets
I haven't found a good Chinese buffet around me but I haven't been lookin' either. After 40 those pounds just don't come off easy.- Brooks and Dunn Call it Quits
They had some great songs... :-/ Something like 20 #1s. Great band and seem to have their heads on straight or at least enough to stay out of the police blotter........I think.- Fishing the Filamentous, algea/whats your method of fishing this
Not sure what the original thread is about, so I'll take a shot at this. Is it right? 8-) All correct. Good job. The Monkey balls are from the Osage orange trees. Pictured below is one of them. Growing up on the South Side of Pittsburgh, PA we'd roll those down the hills, seeing who could make theirs go the farthest. Bigger than a grapefruit and heavy too. Are you from Pittsburgh or did you google that stuff?- Sometimes you get what you deserve....

I will rent this and am sure it's a great movie but I stop listening to actors once the credits start rolling, even the great ones. We, as movie goers pay them to act like someone else; not for who they really are. That doesn't make them hypocrites, it makes them good actors/actresses who are also opportunists. Personally, I'd rather listen to a garbage man tell me about his views on society than Jodie Foster. P.S. That article seems to explain why she bats for the other team.- How to instantly fail a DUI breath test.
X2. I agree this is funny til you start thinking about the family that's killed by one of these drunks.- Fishing the Filamentous, algea/whats your method of fishing this
Local terms/knowledge to one person is not necessarily common sense/language to another; especially geographically speaking. Quick; who can tell be what the following are: A gumband: A jaggerbush: A monkeyball: I'll post pics of them later if no one gets them right.- Top 5 Sandler films
I did not see where it said "Top 5 Sandler films as the main character". When I read it I took it as "Top 5", so I look at it as the first five movies I enjoy the most out of a character Adam does, main character or not. Steve Buscemi, Chris Farley, Judd Nelson, and I even think David Arquette was in it. Everyone has alot of stage time in that movie to where it is not just Brendan Fraiser as the star. Also Adam Sandler is on the cover I stand corrected. So I was able to find 4 that I liked.- Thinkin', learnin', catchin'.
I just started fishing a lot with them and you're definitely missing out on some fish. Get you a Bandit Crankbait 100 series (less than $5.00) and play around with it. You'll catch a wide variety of size with them though which sometimes can be fun. Good luck.- I Fell Off the Wagon
I'm on the online gaming wagon. I actually had to throw my copy of Battlefield 1942 out. I would get bored, reload it and spend way too much time online playing it. - Ever have a day where everything you touch turns to poo?
