Living on a Lake
Be careful about that. It doesn't mean a lost cost-of-living. WA has horrendously high taxes on just about everything but no ability to figure out how to spend it right. The 3rd highest gas tax but the worst roads in the country, for example. And then they pile levies on top of it. They built the 5th most expensive high school in the country, when the could have built several with the same funds....and then they asked for even more $$. Taxes can suck up your retirement funds without providing any significant benefits. So research thoroughly.

Cleaning House
Lead by example, keep employees informed of strategy and results, and give credit when credit is due. Many employees will self-select themselves when the strategy is known, in place, and enforced. When the positions open up, you're in full command of who replaces them. You'll soon reach an inflection point when a team starts to form, and momentum begins to take place. That's when the changes really begin to take effect! It's a process. Know with each firing, with each quitter, you're gaining steps towards that team you need. So look at it as positive movement in the right direction.

I kinda like the names myself. I mean, bass fishing is filled with new and creative names: dropshot, ned, Jika, and free rig to name a few. And that's just rigs. Don't get me started with bait names. LOL!- Victory Is Near

From the shore: Or in a boat:- Tackle Organization Tips
Everyone has their own way to organize tackle, but it helps to know how others do it so that you may incorporate a few ideas. Here's my approach to tackle organization.- Major Boat Fail By A Pro (Aaron Britt)- video back up
Crossing wakes that close to other boats at WOT is dangerous enough, but trying to do it while turning? This is what happens. You just can't do that at WOT without hooking. Trim down, slow down, get more hull in the water, and let the "V" in the hull "cut" through the waves, and you'll have a better go of it. There's a bit more to it than that, but it's a start. There are other things wrong in this vid, but wanted to call out the big one. There's a big difference between "steering" a boat and "driving" a boat.- Time to go!
- Major Boat Fail By A Pro (Aaron Britt)- video back up
@A-Jay Remember when you posted a video of a boat that almost sank? He said the cap separated from the hull. That doesn't just magically happen. Some of these guys beat the livin' daylights out of their boats. It's full-throttle and steer, regardless of conditions.- Saltwater Boat Names

I'm not advocating people change their ways. Just answering questions from folks wanting to know why we don't lose fish using this method.- PSA ~ The Bass Boat Sank ~ This Could Happen To Any Of Us
Safety cannot be overrated. Here's what I do to go above and beyond:- Grabbing line when landing fish - Myth?
A number of people have noticed in our videos that Keri and I grab our line to land our fish. *GASP!* Isn't that the wrong way to land a fish? Can't you lose a fish that way? If that were true, then why is it that Keri and I never lose a fish using this method? I explain in this video. - 2 shot club
