  8. I resemble that last remark ;D I did this once and it really messed up the plates inside. The battery indicator would say full charge ,yet the battery ran down very fast, I had to get a new one I have been using the wAL mART EVERSTART group 27, keeps me on Mauch Chunk for 12 hours , no problem!
  9. My favorite colors are the Crawfish and Bluegill patterns. I use a lot of the Rapala DT'sand I try to use one rated for deeper than the water I am fishing. The reason is I like contact with the bottom and rocks and wood. You get the feel after a while and you will be surprised how little you wind up snagged and how many aggressive bites you get bouncing them off things. I use a DT 14 or 16 in 12 feet of water a lot,on one of my Favorite Cranking spots.
  10. What a drag! I did put a slight scratch in the finish , removing the wrap for the hook holder. I just put a few layers of clear nail polish on it, I am putting one of those Fuji Ez Hook holders in it's place.

  23. There seems to be more to a new bait than this. For instance, on prodding from Roadwarrior I decided totry A Fat Ika type bait( I use *, by ***) they worked like he said they would. One day I ran out of Fat Alberts, that I was using on a Jig Head, and the only plastic I had that closely resembled that bait was a *, Turned out it works better than a Fat Albert. So there is a lot more than just using a bait the way it is intended to use and there are ways all of us use baits that are not out of the box presentations.
  24. Hummingbird bought out Bottomline about 2 years ago
