  1. I have Yo-Zuri Hybrid on 2 of my BCs, in 12lbs test. I sprayed the line with KVD as I spooled up the reels and that was it. I do dpary KVD on them once a month, but I am not sure they need it. For spinning gear I prefer the Yo-Zuri Ultra Soft in 8lbs test, treated the same way as I do the line on my BCs. Later,
  2. I just finally got a fish scale and am wondering where is the best place to put the hook to weigh the fish. Place least likely to hurt it that is. Thanks,
  3. The new Samurai braid is the best, then Power Pro. I did not care for the new Fireline braid at all. Later,
  4. The 3 local ponds I fish I have the best luck with a Cavitron Buzz Bait and all types of plastic worms rigged Texas and Wacky style. Lately a little luck fishing Fat Ika's or Palm Trees. Later,
  5. Wow! I totally 100% disagree. I recommend either watching the flea market here, or continually checking with ebay. You might want to check out the Sahara, nearly identical to the older FI and is $79. Just the new one piece bail alone is a major improvement over the FI. Later,
  6. Palomar except for top water then I use an Improved Clinch Knot. Later,
  7. GMAN Jigs Blue and Black and PBJ, football head and Poison Image Jigs 3/8oz with an assortment of different trailer types. Later,
  8. Thanks RW, going to try them out this weekend. Later,
  9. The Kinami Plam Tree is the same thing as a Fat Ika correct. Just under a different name? Our local BPS does not carry the Fat Ika, but they do carry the Palm Tree. Later,
  10. That really stinks! I would most definitely be calling them every day till I got the answer I was looking for and the problem resolved. Best of luck! Later,
  11. The Symetre FJ is an awesome reel and quite a bit better then the FI. Later,
  12. The Curado is an outstanding reel. Casts light and heavy lures, retrieve is nice and smooth and it is very dependable. Later,

Nothing worse then going in one for one item and walking out with a basket full and you just left looking at the receipt going I just spent how much!lol Later,
  14. From Skeet's web site: Wright & McGill Co. Should be interesting to see. They say the rods will be from $89 to $99. Later,
  15. Leader length 2-3 feet is what I normally use. For the knot I use the double uni-knot and have never had any issues with the knot slipping or failing. Later,
  16. Yes, definitely. Later,
  17. I use Ultra Soft in 6lbs on my 2500 series spinning reels along with KVD and have had no problems at all. Later,
  18. Button should not be hard to push at all. I would ask this question over in the Shimano support forums and ask Bantam1. He will be able to give you all the help you need. Later,
  19. I would go with the Shimano Curado. Very nice reel. Casts light baits very well and is very smooth. Will not be disappointed. Later,
  20. I really like Yo-Zuri Hybrid but I will also use Daiwa Samurai Braid when the situation calls for it. Later,
  21. Braid can be a little difficult on a BC. When I first started out with Braid on my BC I set my brakes 3 on 3 off(Shimano Curado 201D) and set the cast control knob a little tighter then normal. Once I started getting the hang of it I began to loosen it up and really let her zing. But lately I have switched over to Yo-Zuri Hybrid line and just have not even thought about braid. Later,
  22. Yo-Zuri Hybrid Ultra Soft with KVD L&L, very awesome combination on any spinning setup. Later,
  23. Gman 3/8oz Image Football head jig, black and blue with a Net Bait Baby Paca Craw. Later,
