  1. What about the warranty on their blanks people have or ones people may acquire further down the road? Are they just out of luck and end up having a $400 custom broken rod? Later,
  2. Hmm, I feel a small road trip coming on to Cabelas and a trip to Famous Daves BBQ for lunch and then a little fun at Dave and Busters! Later,
  3. For bait caster I use 12lbs Yo-Zuri Hybrid and for my spinning gear I use Yo-Zuri Ultra Soft 8lbs. I have also used the Ultra Soft on my bait casters as well. Both lines work extremely well, the Ultra Sift is just a little bit softer and better for spinning reels. Later,
  4. I like the Yum Money Minnows and I want to try the Strike King Shadalicious. Our local Dicks has them on sale at the moment. Later,
  5. All you need right there, Yo-Zuri Hybrid or Ultra Soft in 12lbs and you are good to go. Don't see why you couldn't use it as leader with braid. Never have tried it though. Later,
  6. Yo-Zuri Hybrid or Ultra Soft. Like stated above, it is the best of both worlds. Awesome line! ;D Later,
  7. That stinks! 2 Weeks, WOW! I didn't even make it an hour! You will love it, almost as much as your 51MG. Later,
  8. I read this over on Tackle Tour: Link below, Loomis Leaves Blank Making Later,
  9. Now thats what I call service! Later,
  10. Have to go with Ike, he reminds me a lot of my son, only my son can't catch a cold.lol Later,
  11. Couldn't really answer never fished for small mouths bass. I hear it is awesome. Looking forward to getting to try it some day soon, real soon. Later,
  12. What does anyone know about the Baston real seats and ALPS real guides? Later,
  13. I hear it is pretty awesome stuff. There is no stores around here that carry them so I can't see for myself. I am going to try and get a piece to sample. Later,
  14. Care to enlighten? Just curious. Later,
  15. Interesting replies. I was figuring it would be overwhelmingly braid all the way. Later,
  16. Seriously nobody has heard anything about these rods? Later,
  17. Has anyone ever heard of Big Bear Rods? Big Bear Rods A guy on Tackle Tour pointed them out to me. Later,
  18. Thanks for the replys, going with Titanium SiCs. Later,
  19. I've had a couple of the Johnny Morris Signatures and Elites and they are very very nice rods. My only complaint about them is the power hump grip, HATE IT(Carpal Tunnel, hates it) and I do not like the way the front grip tightens down the reel in the seat. If you use the front grip at all it will easily come lose. Later,
  20. I tried Suffix Elite and did not like it. I felt it had pretty bad memory. I have only tried Trilene XL once and thought it was ok. If I had too choose one of the 2 I would probably go with the Trilene XL. But if I could use any line it would be Yo-Zuri Hybrid or Ultra Soft. Awesome line and best of both worlds. Later,
  21. I have 2 spinning and 2 bait casters. Looking to add a third bait caster in the next couple of weeks. Later,
  22. Palomar definitely, just remember to leave the loop big enough to go around the entire bait. Later,
  23. I have 3 on all of my Shimano reels. Curado, Citica and MG. The only thing I ever adjust is the cast control knob. For the brakes set it and forget it. Later,
  24. I try to always reapply the night before a trip. It also helps to apply it to the line when you are first spooling it up as well and this does make a difference. Later,
