You don't have to have the catalog. You can bring it up on their web site print it out and take it in to BPS or go there and tell them the price in the catalog and they will look it up and match the price for you. Just a little FYI Later,

Isn't this basically the same reel as the Johnny Morris only with slight differences? I recently(no laughing) just switched from using Shimano to the Supreme and a Johnny Morris Signature reel and I have a question, since I have only ever used the Shimano centrifugal braking system how do I go about setting the magnetic brake on these reels. Right now I have it at 0 and my thumb is doing all the work. But I keep reading that this system pretty much eliminates the need for so much thumbing. Thanks,

It is a nice reel, but in the fall catalog for BPS they have the Johnny Morris Signature BC for $149.00 which is an awesome reel and is $20 cheaper. Later and just my .02,

I tried this and it is very difficult as RW pointed out. I throw everything with a BC except little light weight lures. I have a spinning reel that I use for those light weight lures and it makes things a lot easier. But that is just my preferences. Later.

I was using a white/chart. with red hook and red blade and a black/black with red hook and blade. 1/4oz and 3/8oz. This thing casts like a dream and reels like a dream. Makes my Shimano Citica look like a Cadillac and the Supreme look like a Mercedes.lol Later,

Its amazing how to much line can cause severe problems. I also noticed this with BPS. They have the Johnny Morris Signature series reels advertised on sale but then when you look it is only for the wide spool and the rest of them are normal price. Just weird ways to get you to look and buy. Later,
