  2. I agree it's all good
  3. I lean towards the original rattle traps, simply because their stocked in our walmart in like 10 colors that I like ;D
  4. I can say that the dt 10 in colors red crawdad, brown crawdad, and bluegill have always worked on Indiana lakes. I fish them just above our grass lines and have had good luck,oh yeah they do not have the EWG hooks on them anymore, because they do catch alot of grass like islandbass said.
  5. I recently aquired some old BANG brand aerosol spray from a garage sale.Five cans 2 flavors crawfish, and shad......for 50 cents! My question is how long of a shelf life does this stuff have, does it lose it's potency or become rancid over time? They both still smell new! These cans I assume are 5 years old, because the price sticker is for a shop that had went under around that time. Thanks in advance, -John

I also have put silica packs from shoe boxes in my tackle box for years.....No rust in my box! Just think of how many of those packs you have pitched into the trash,Now you might just have a use for them
  7. If he wasn't he's only one resume' away ;D I'm sure he could get at least 3 references from B.R.

  15. What a steal nice boat 8-)
  16. Why not try a dab of fishing glue(super glue),,, that will surely hold it in place
  17. One year ago I sold my 96 Stratos 201 f/s,and after 11 years it still was in near perfect shape. When the guy who bought it asked me how did I keep it so nice, my reply was 5 dollars at the local car wash and 20 minutes with a sweeper.Besides making it look good you also keep the chance of promoting invasive species into other watersheds ( we have zebra mussel problems). If your a perfectionist like me,try the hot wax and spot free rinse ;D
  18. Thanks for the responses,There for awhile I thought I might be the only unlucky one getting out 1 to 2 times a week.I also coach baseball, basketball, and football, all while trying to help my "Superwife" raise 4 kids...Thank god we all love to fish -John
  19. I also agree it's just another way to feed the bait monkey, but he won't get me on this one.
  20. Cool pic,,,Kinda makes you wonder what the hell does that perch normally eat ;D
  21. Nice start ,I can't wait to see the finished product
  22. I also would try for the 12 footer. You would be surprised how much 2 foot more will give you as far as company, gear and room to fish...
  23. With my work schedule (4 on 4 off) I probably have the best schedule for fishing but still only get at best 2 days of fishing a week.It seems that when I'm at work logged on to B.R.(don't tell the boss!) I see alot of people online who should be on water! Be truthful no fish tales here
  24. I believe it is possible to imitate and recreate anything succesfully. Just think how long we could have waited for a Rapala to come around if the man would have waited for approval from a few people on a web site..........TRY IT LET US KNOW HOW IT GOES. ;D
