  1. I looked and looked but I can't seem to find any little smiley faces giving the finger...
  2. It's been harder this year than past. Although the kids and their new toys keep me busy it still pales in comparison to a day on the water. Theres only so much guitar hero, madden football, and pretty pretty princess a guy can take.

Both VMC and Owner brand for me. It just depends on availability.
  12. As we all know Marty can really put out a high quality lure. But not all of us know how truly genuine a guy he is. EXAMPLE: I asked questions on how to make lures,,he responded in great detail. I also asked about paints, brushes, and other essentials, again great detail. Among other questions, I also asked "HOW MUCH $" This time his response was to send me a lure for each member of my family FREE....Hell he even paid the shipping! ???????How do you thank a person enough????????? People like Marty are what makes this place work. Marty my hat goes off to you Thanks -John Check out our presents!

Looks very healthy to me! Good job "Doc"
  14. After the youngins decided to use them as swords, I made racks to store them on the ceiling of the garage. Yes I realize they should not be stored horizontaly but with three supports on them I don't see a problem, and I also take my reels off the rods over winter to service. This has worked well for me
  15. For me it's my prescription for memories. Some of the best memories I have are from the times we have been camping and fishing. Time on the water is one way to escape the pressures and stresses involved with work and todays society. It also is beautiful to see nature in it's most raw form.
  16. x2 Tommy, it's been awhile since I have been there but last time I was there I recall the vegetation being thick, it sounds like it has changed quite a bit over the last couple years....THAT'S SAD. I guess I will have to plan a 3 hour roadtrip to there to check it out!
  17. I as a Dad would say blow half of it on whatever you want and save half of it for later. Don't be stupid being 15, you will need some mode of transportation soon right :-?

  22. It's not that I dislike the cold but it would be nice to have some snow, that way at least the ponds would not be so visible!
  23. Do the words cabin fever hit home for everyone else? Theres only so many times I can re-organize the garage!
