What You Don't Like About Fishing
I will never complain about fishing! Lots of things disappoint me about the state of my fishing areas but I take the good with the bad and do what I can to "clean up" after those that take it all for granted!! Oh! Just thought of one thing, time flies exponentially when on the water! Not enough time to get my fix!!

Interesting Situation, How Would You Fish This?
Fishing from shore would be a lot tougher than from a boat. Finding the fish is the key obviously, then adjusting the presentation that gets the most production. From shore I would look for irregularities along the banks and key on those areas. From a boat I would find some of the downed timber and drag bait in, around and thru the limbs.

What's Your Favorite Bourbon?
Slo has it right, I will add Basil Hayden to the mix as well as Bowmans. So many good ones to choose from, I have to say Woodford Reserve has to be my fav with a couple bourbon stones (thanks Robert!) and you are good to go!!

Asking For A Response From Every Member
1- Pay attention, the fish more often than not will clue you in as to what they want and how they want it. Pay attention to the weather, pay attention to nature (birds feeding, activity along the shorelines etc.) pay attention to your presentation, pay attention to your boat position, pay attention to your graph! 2- Make good decisions 3- Always have fun

Why Would You Not Want Sensitivity In A Cranking Rod?
I may be in the minority here but I like my glass rod for deep cranking. Bigger fish and big head shakes are easier to control with a glass rod. Plus the added bonus of not pulling the bait away from fish at depth helps too! I think with graphit rods I had a tendency to overreact when I got bit!

Lake Anna Winter Crank Bait?
Good job Jacob! When I say blade bait, I mean like a silver buddy type of bait.

Lake Anna Winter Crank Bait?
You will probably be better off with blade type baits in the winter at Anna. That and a jerkbait.

Line Problems...
I will occasionally have this happen, particularly when throwing light lures on higher speed retrieve reels. Get some line conditioner and try some softer floro. Seems that the HS reel and light bait just kind of drops the line on the spool too loosely and the following cast fluffs at the end! You might have to try some other lines and IPT reels to correct your problems.
