  2. I'm in the hvac/r trade. Spark ignition for gas fired appliances works on the same principle as a tazer. They take 24vac and convert it to 10,000vac. I haven't been formerly tazed but have been zapped with 10,000vac. It doesn't tickle. Your fortunate the 480 didn't grab you. I've been hit with 230v on more than one occasion. Not pleasant.
  3. Guy got tazed in his twig and berries a few weeks back. He was a shoplifter being detained by security. He wiggled out of his pants when the police arrived. Took one probe in the gut and the other in his baby maker.
  4. I'm no stranger to multiple surgeries. Wishing you good luck and a speedy recovery
  5. Was a guy on Live PD a few weeks back who had no idea how the meth tucked up under his junk had gotten there.
  6. The tight rope act was good. Globe of Death had 5 motorcycles in it which is the most I've seen. It was no Ringling Bros, but it was entertaining https://spectacularcircus.com/

  8. Went to the circus today. His first time on a pony.
  9. So let's be realistic here. I fish the Fox Chain in Northern IL every week from ice out to ice up. It's known for being 3ft deep with 4 ft of muck. If you're beating the shoreline, a jig is fine. This time of year, slow moving baits tight to structure/cover is going to be key. By tight, I mean TIGHT. If your pond has a rocky/riprap shoreline, I'd be slowly dragging baits parallel to the shoreline 3-5ft off the bank. Dragging, not hopping. If you're not a premadonna opposed to using live bait, a minnow might be the way to go. I'll tell you a secret...Bass eat panfish. If you can figure out the panfish, you can figure out the bass. We fishermen think we can outsmart the bass. We fishermen need to figure out the bait. THAT is the key to being successful.
  10. "4 counts of first degree murder" Gotta love Live PD!!!
  11. Going to be 55 on Sunday. They are saying this weekend will be cold compared to next weekend.
  12. This winter has been mild on the west side of the pond. Never got below zero this year. Very little snow. crappy for business, but it's going to be an early ice out.
  13. Larger unit where you spend your time fishing
  14. Cooling lakes open March 1st and another on March 15th. Ice out should be in the next few weeks on the non cooling lakes if things keep going as is.
  15. Beat me to the punch
  16. 8 Enjoyed the first, the second. not so much.
  17. Biggest thing he has ever had in his hands....
  18. It was a 200 boat, tournament of champions for Anglers Choice region east of the Mississippi. We choked on day 2 and weighed in 1 bass
  19. Saw similar happen on Guntersville. Guys weighed in 36lbs on day 1. We were in 12th with 18lbs, and I think 2nd had 22lbs. From what I remember, they headed back to the dock by 10am because they were culling 5 pounders.
  20. I think if we're going to feature Iron Iron maiden, then we must do the Trooper
  21. Welcome from Chicago burbs. You can post local reports and goings on here:
  22. Horrible.
