Well tomorrow morning I go in for my 2nd spinal fusion surgery in 8 years. 
This time L3 will be fused to L4 which is already fused to L5!


I’m kinda worried about it. 
So I ask that when you wake up tomorrow morning if you would Please think good thoughts.

They do amazing stuff today and what was emergency surgery yesterday is much more routine today. It will all go well. Have a speedy (and uneventful) recovery. See you on the flip side.
