I usually stock up after my birthday, around end of February. Doesn't matter if im low on lures or not, i stock up lol. Throughout the season though, ill pick up a few things here and a few things there. I also usually buy one new rod a year.

I was looking at this reel and it is in my price range. It has the features that I want plus a few more. The reviews on tackle warehouse say that it's an amazing reel. One dude says its as good as a zillion. I was just wondering if the BR bros got anything to say about it as well?

Your using #6 test and 6lb-ish bass breaks off? seems like you need stronger line? Doesn't sound like a line quality problem. I use #12 on my BC and its the best. I've pulled in pike, bass, and a 25lb carp on #12 line.

Can u make weed guards? I wanted to try the flick shaking technique. The jackall jig head had bad reviews so i was gonna buy the damiki jig head, but it doesn't have a weed guard. How would i go about making one or is there a better flick shake jighead?

You can not go wrong with 5" senkos. Also, some worms with a curly tail (Berkley Power worm 7"") with a 3/0 hook and a 1/16 oz . Also, 3/8oz spinnerbait in chartreuse is a good bet for catching fish.

i dont really see the point of a leader. Your line is as strong as its weakest point. so having 50lb braid, with a 15lb mono/fluorocarbon leader defeats the purpose i think.

At my house, there are these birds called Terns. They hover over the water for a second to see a fish and when he sees one, he dive bombs the water, going about half a foot under. Had them go after my jitterbugs. And spinnerbaits that i burn right under the water. If i see a tern gettin ready to dive bomb, i jerk the lure really fast(jitterbug) or let the spinnerbait fall so it gets out of the terns range

I've never tried the new ones...because i have like 4 old ones lol. I got 2 black ones and 2 white ones. I never wanted to fish with them because of it being my grandpas. But a few weeks ago i threw it out around 830pm and caught my biggest bass this year. Now im always throwing them out there.

I've caught them when i was using actual worms and little hooks. they would latch onto the worm hook with there claw and i would pull them up, take em off throw em back.

i used to do pred- harrier-pave low, now i just do uav-pred-harrier. I dont want to worry about my kilstreaks really. I've gotten like 4 nukes? maybe 5? I just dont care about getting them...Whats your K/D mines 1.82.
