  1. Welcome!
  2. Assorted Rebel crankbaits. On occasion a Norman deep baby n. Rebel Ringworms on occasion. The majority of my plastics are Zoom and R.I. I have and use older Rebel pop r's and have done well. If it caught fish 20 years ago it will catch fish today. For the poster that miss the Rebel deep wee r, ebay is your ticket.

    Welcome!
  9. Ebay is your friend. The Rebel Ringworms can occasionally be found still today.
  10. I collect discontinued Rebels. I usually use Dawn soap, a toothbrush, hot water and lots of elbow grease. After I've gotten the bait as clean as possible, I use McGuire's cleaner and polish. This method has served me well.
  11. For reasons well known. Rebel pop r. The p70 and p60.
  12. Only jigs in my box. They will always be as long as Mike is In business.
  13. Things have been covered quite well. There are two things I will add. No matter the bait you're throwing, day or night, wear your PFD! The other thing, if you're fishing at night you durn well need to know the lake well. It's an entirely different place at night. As for the original question, I have no problem throwing treble hook baits at night.
  14. When it comes to crankbaits the one I use the most is a Rebel deep wee r. I also throw the wee r when I need a square bill. The older baits are much better than the baits made from 89 until they discontinued that series. I have hoarded 100's of the deep wee, wee r, and deep teeny's. Like jfranco has eluded too though it's difficult to limit yourself to one company. I throw Nomans, Bandit's, and Smithwick Rouge's. In the early, early Spring and mid through late Summer I throw a Big M wood bait. Buy that time the fish have seen /heard every rattling crankbaits on the market. My thoughts for what they are worth.
