One Solution to Crowded Water ~ Fish at Night
From late April through September I primarily night fish. The only time I don't is if I'm fishing a charity tournament or if I'm going deep in the swamp. I fish mostly by myself but on occasion I can talk my wife into going. We drive separately because around 1:00 am she wants to go home. lol Two things I always mention when talking about night fishing: know your lake well. At night it's very different. The other is ALWAYS wear you off.... Always.

Thoughts
There will be little information that hasn't been said before. Some will pass this by simply because it's not lure specific. And there will be some folks that are simply not interested. That's fine. For those that take the time, I intend to pass along a few things that I have learned from Bassresource beginning January 9th 2009. i found this wonderful place searching for fishing forums. I learned very quickly(and thankfully) that drama was virtually non-existent. I knew then I had found a home. I know people are hesitant at times to participate for fear of being new to the forum. I know some folks are intimidated by some of the great fisherman that reside here. I know some might think they have a dumb question and are afraid to ask. Please don't worry about these things. This is a generous group and not once in my time here has a member ever failed to answer any of my questions. The biggest majority have answered in greater detail than I could have imagined! Time on the water is the greatest teacher out there. That's a fact. But reading this forum and asking questions is a great supplement to our quest to be a better fisherman than we were yesterday. And it's free to boot! Thank you @Glenn! i truly can't name all the folks that have helped me become a better fisherman. To name a few though; @A-Jay, @Catt, @WRB, @Dwight Hottle, @Bluebasser86, @RoLo, and many others. If y'all will pay close attention to these folks you will learn a great deal. I would dearly love to share a boat with them and whether we caught fish or not I know it would be a great time! The point of this long winded post is to let y'all know that if you want to learn there's no greater fishing forum to do so and there are a good number of great people always willing to help.
