  1. The Berkley Chigger Craw blows any beaver away IMO!
  2. Always in cover! I use a tooth pick or a Bass Pro bobber stop.
  3. My 3 1/2 yr old daughter will fish for about 3 hours before she loses interest. Her favorite is the zoom horny toad or any top water. She likes seeing the lure i guess. My wife is expecting our second child and we just found out yesterday that it is a BOY!!!!! We will see how he does.
  4. If you have the extra $, crucial hands down!
  5. I have owned both and don't understand how anyone could say that the patriarch casts better than a Revo! I have yet to see a reel that can out cast a Revo STX or Premier!
  6. I 2nd that! I own two and they are great!
  7. I use a 7' 6" flippin stick for frogs. You want that long stout rod for good hook sets in the slop where frogs are most effective!
  8. A lot of times live bait will produce monster bass more so than artificial. But i would not trade fishing artificial for nothing! The pride in knowing you out smarted the fish and worked that lure just like it wanted to see it is priceless to me!
  9. Yo Mommas from Ebay and Reaction Innovations Sweet Beaver!
  10. I'm sorry for your loss man. I too hate thieves! My friend recently got his Nitro broken into as well. They took all his tackle and even his two deck seats. Keep your head up and keep on fishing bro!!!!
  11. Stanley Ribbit Frog!!!
  12. BEWARE of POOR FISH on Ebay!!!! He sold me a used Abu Garcia reel as new and than never answered my messages after!
  13. I use B.A.N.G in the crawfish scent and have found nothing better!
  14. I won one on Ebay new for $23! They are good back ups but i wouldn't use it regularly. I love my Revos too much!
  15. I have two Mojos and absolutely love them! You can't go wrong with these rods. Especially for the $!
  16. In that case i would strongly recommend a St Croix Mojo Bass rod in 7' MH/F= $89.99. I have a couple and for the $ you can't go wrong with them man! They are Very strong and sensitive! Check them out!
  17. Anyone tried the 7' 6" H/F yet?
  18. It all depends on what size swim baits you will be using? If you are using small ones like the money minnow and Spro 4" Shad than a 7' is most likely okay. If you will be using ones like the Spro 8" swim bait and Huddleston you might want to look into a 7' 11" model.
  19. I currently use a Shimano Crucial 7' 6" H/F for flippin'/pitchin' and frogs. I was looking into the Falcon Cara T7 7'6" H/F one piece and it is labeled as Carolina rigs. The same size rod with telescopic handle is labeled flippin'/pitchin'? What is the difference? The one piece is rated to handle a little bit heavier lures too.
  20. IMO, the BPS 7' MH with a MG51 for texas rigged plastics. The 7' m with the other MG51 for weightless plastics. And the Crankin stick with the 201E7 for crankin of course. As for the Sol, who knows, keep it as a spare, LOL!
  21. I have a pair of Oakley polarized sun glasses that were $250 and a pair of Mossy Oaks that were $15 and they do the same exact thing!
  22. I feel a lot better now! I thought i was the only one who practiced with there kids swing set. My simulated dock is my daughters trampoline, LOL!
  23. Hey ejtaylor822, most of my family lives is Raleigh, NC! There is some good bass fishing there too. I lived there myself a couple of years.
  24. VERY NICE!! I have been wanting to fish the glades for years now!
