  1. i bought some at gander mtn a few weeks ago... mine were 9in i think they had 12in tho. and i thought that was crazy lol
  2. they are boogie tails from the the booyah boogee bait, i have a couple they are sweet baits.
  3. I have a Cabelas XML rod that i use on my stradic when im shore fishing and find it to be a really nice sensitive rod. Its just the XML not the ti which has the titanium guide wires and a titanium reel seel. I have a St croix premiere on my energy pt and like it a lot but not as much as the XML. My mojo is a casting rod and while it is the cheapest of the 3 it has a good sensitivity but i dont think i would like it as much in a spinning model. My advice is go with the XML it is sensitive will last and has a good warranty, plus i have never had any problems with cabelas i have and XML and a magtouch and both are reliable and very sensitive.
  4. Yeah the shimano is the way to go...
  5. gander has a good return policy... if you dont like it just exchange it for a spinning combo, but make sure u give it adequate time so u can learn how to use a baitcaster.
  6. sounds like a good deal.. i did the same deal at gander mountain for a rod i bought there.
  7. KVD is the only way to go.
  8. they make a mojo for flippin... id assume it would work just fine. i have a mojo for crankin and like it so far
  9. i dont know why u would need a camo rod but they do look cool... id be afraid of setting it in the grass i might loose it lol.
  10. yeah thats what ive been doing... just though if there was a weedless crank i would check it out. its not so much the grass that gets me its the sticks all over the bottom of the river. thanks 4 input tho guys

  13. anyone try these lee sisson weedless cranks yet? if so how are they. any experiences with other weedless cranks?
  14. i dont believe the toro clicks when the drag is engaged... im gonna guess its like my round 6600CB's baitclicker more like an alarm when a fish is on.

  19. i carry one extra spool for my spinning outfits, i was interested in finding extra spools for my baitcasters. would that work?
  20. Yep, I bought my two NIB curados e7 on ebay for $149 each with free shipping. I can't say enough about these reels, they're great. x3 curado is my cheapest baitcaster but i love it... also i got my patriarch on ebay for $136 NIB
  21. i have a fenwick eagle gt, st croix premiere and a quantum xtralite for lite fishing. all have done a good job in my opinion.
  22. i have the quantum in a 10 and the 2500 stradic. while both reels are nice and the quantum has the "unbreakable bail" i would go with the stradic. i love my stradic and would never part with it. smoother and better drag in my opinion.
  23. was messing around on some websites looking at rods and saw a luckycraft crankin rod at tackle warehouse. i have to admit it caught my eye. anyone seen or heard anything about these? thanks
  24. i have a shimano voltaeus i like for crankbaits and an allstar select which is also very good. im not an ugly stick fan.
