A couple of things. Sandusky had been doing this since at least the late 70s, I will not believe that there weren't rumors around that he liked young boys, there had to have been. Joe P and his superiors took it into their own hands and decided that letting a molester free was more important than Penn state football. Joe P denied knowing about the molestations up to 8 days before he died, in an interview he gave where he denied any and all knowledge, yet there are emails from him which he plainly admits to knowing what's going on and how to proceed with the situation, from 12 ears ago. If Joe P could turn the other cheek for this, what else has gone on under his watch? What else did he overlook to not hurt Penn football? As far as I'm concerned, Joe is in hell watching, and Sandusky and a couple others will soon join him, scumbags. I feel sorry for the young men at penn now, expecting to play football for a big time program, and now they are sunk, and most of all for the men Sandusky and the others tossed aside for the sake of the program.

There is no sticker program that I know of, but the cops do frequent that area, and run the plates of cars parked there. If you are not a Windham resident, they give you a $25 ticket, at least that was the price 3 years ago when my buddy got one. Otherwise, launch at the ramp, then drive your truck to the pumping station and have someone drive your boat to pick you up, or pay the ticket and consider it a fee to fish.

Kingston lake has a launch right off of rt 111, super easy to get to. I just went yesterday again, it's a great place to fish, and a jonboat is perfect, I fished the entire pond in my canoe many times. An anchor would be a good idea, as some sections can get breezy.

Even if the seller says the buyer pays for the return, thats not how it works. I have never paid to return a wrong item, and why should I, its not my fault. Ebay takes care of any of those issues for you, but some sellers like to put rules like that in so naive buyers will pay.

Ebay has buyer protection, if you get stiffed, or a broken rod, or the wrong rod, you are guaranteed your money back. I prefer to buy things off of ebay closer to home, but sometimes these sellers in Korea and other Asian countries have some cheap deals. I say go for it, your money will be covered in the event of a scam. I have bought and sold thousands of things on ebay, and have never lost money, I have been scammed and have had sellers not ship the stuff, but have always been refunded by Ebay.
