Glad you're doing something about @DitchPanda. I personally have been battling with hypertension the past 3 years or so - It's elevated but well under control, it was stage 1. Most know the why but won't wake up to the how, as in how to remedy the why. They rather have a doc prescribe meds and then move on with their normal lifestyle. I really don't want the meds to feel good, I'd rather maintain my fitness and nourishment routine and feel great. Good luck with your situation. I'm sure you'll crush your goals.

Not much of a freshwater fish eater but ocean striped bass makes fine table fare. I believe my regs are 1 in the slot, so that's what I'll have on occasion. Cod in season is really, really good!

I know where you’re going with this but I like to think it’s all on the up and up and that the human element is dictating the unfavorable results/outcomes. I would think that the NFL is smart enough to get rid of what ever bad apples that are in the orchard. The NFL makes huge revenues off of the “product” so I’m guessing that they would be policing those types of activities very closely. My opinion anyway

Ahh, got it. These past few years were supposed to be good years for you guys. You certainly have or should I say had the talent. TBH, I wish all 4 teams in the AFC east were competitive.
