the horrors of hiring people.
I do agree. Just do what’s right.

the horrors of hiring people.
No, not really, that works both ways. I’ve applied for jobs, had interviews and followed up only to be ghosted. I’ve had people tell me that based on my resume I wasn’t loyal. They fail to read the reason in parentheses that the company went under. And the whole bull **** about loyalty. Another story for another day. There’s no loyalty either way. It’s written in your offer and company hand book that you’re an employee at will. The etiquette climate has definitely changed.

the horrors of hiring people.
Glad to see you’re thick skinned about this. One of the things I’ve been asked to do more of at my job, is to teach the younger generation who are very intelligent and hard working. I work for a global company and work with folks from all corners of the world. Great bunch of people old and young. EDIT: Looks like this thread was modified as is my post.

Air brush cleaner from an old hair clipper
My wife thinks I'm a pack rat until the day we need it, but I'm the same way. I'd rather repurpose than go out and buy new if I can. Can't wait to get back to Maine in a few weeks. Hope to bump into you one day.

Best glue for gluing eyes back lure
I was doing the same thing. One day I ran out of gel and started using Sally nail polish under and over the eye. Never noticed a difference. Hard as nails.

Believe it or not, I’ve had a ton of different fish species, all saltwater. I’ll have to take your word for it. Enjoy the fish fry.

Recently ordered some saltwater lures from FishWow.com. 15% off, ships next day and no S&H on orders over $50. Yesterday I placed another order.

Family Boat for Fishing
I'm going with Bowrider. Plenty of places to sit and fish. I have a friend at the beach who has a 16'er and fishes off it all the time as well as takes guests on trips from harbor to harbor. Even though its considered a lake boat, he does use in the ocean.

Does realistic shape matter in soft plastics?
I don't think any "lure" looks realistic. I see it this way: A fish see's something moving and that something doesn't belong here. Either I'm going to get it or it's gonna get me. The fish decides that it wants that thing out of here and strikes it. May or not be true, but that's how I compartmentalize it.

Out of state boat registration
I agree with both you and slonezp. There is only a limited amount of moorings that can be put out in the bay and I have to get a mooring permit yearly. Part of the paperwork required is the current boat registration as well as a description of the mooring. My last 2 boats each had Maine registrations and I used them in both Maine and Mass waters. I was merely pointing out the “goofy” requirements (as slonezp mentions) with my boat trailer. I think it’s up to the states and how they reciprocate.

Out of state boat registration
My boat is registered in MA and moored all summer in ME. No problem. The insurance company just wants to know where my boat is, so it a quick email with my address up there and done. My trailer, however, is registered in MA but has to go back in MA. I can’t store it in ME. For whatever reason.

Let's see? Yesterday I cut myself shaving and couldn't stop the bleeding fast enough Last year when I got covid I could stop my nose from running fast enough A couple of weeks ago I got something in my eye and couldn't stop that from watering fast enough Last winter my ear was block up with fluids and couldn't drain that fast enough The other day I had a Bilgerat kablooey moment and couldn't squat on the throne fast enough Finally, last summer I got food poisoning and couldn't hug the throne fast enough Thank you for reminding me of the last 2. I hope I answered your question.
