  1. Kittery Trading Post has 30% off 250. A Megabass Brailist will do what you are looking for and it's like 187.50 shipped.
  2. Took less than a week for a bunch of random baits.
  3. Super legit and really fast.
  4. I run these https://rodprotech.com/ Thinner neoprene Baits stay on rods (no bouncing loose) Reel cover built in I drove from Northern VT to Sandusky Ohio twice with the rods in the bed of my Tundra, everything was fine. Their spinning rod sock is genius too.
  5. The Hook Up has a crazy St Croix deal. ~45% value if the rod back as a gift card. Just picked up a 74Hf Victory for 200 shipped with a $100 gift card. Also have a ton for sale at 15% off with USA code.
  6. Daiwa Kage reel for 150-200 Megabass Levante Shakyhead or Whipsnake for 200 (20% off at Kittery Trading Post)
  7. Midway has the Evergreen combat stick in medium fast 6'10" for 88 shipped. 200 dollar rod. My buddy loves his. 88 seems like a no brainer.
  8. Geecrack Spiron is built to spiral fall. Great bait.
  9. Terrible concussion from running from Sandusky to the Detroit river in 4-8 fters. (Head snapping back and forth). Lost vision twice. Had to wear sunglasses for 2 months after.
  10. Carolina Rig rod. I love mine, tons of 20lb Abrazx and plenty of oomph to reel in the 1000 miles of Line with a toad on the end.
  11. Tatula 200/HD Used Zillion HD Used Daiwa Catalina (JDM zillion hd) I have a Catalina on a Perfect Pitch and it does basically everything you are looking for.
  12. It's amazing stuff. Ibex, smart wool and LL Bean make high quality stuff that lasts years. Patagonia Capilene baselayers are also super nice. I have one shirt that is 24 years old and hasn't so much as had a stitch pull.
  13. Vermont: Shores of Champlain ('nough said) St Lawrence 3 hours west (ditto) 4 hours to China, Candlewood, Cayuga Lakes and pond in VT with 8+lb smallies that can't be weighed for records because of catch and release season. We have world class trout and if the bass bite sucks we can go jig lakers (think fishing blades in 100fow for 10-28lb slimers).
  14. Another Simms fan. ProDry jacket with Transom bibs. Wore in 80s down to high 30s with no issue. You can find the ProDry and CX stuff on sale now.
  15. Use strips of beer cans. Aluminum won't deform like soft tape and other plastics.
  16. The tiny Shower Blows is great as is the JT-95 from evergreen.
  17. 2 different baits Keitech is soft and wide action. Bitters is a skinny dipper clone that is better for burning in shallow water.
  18. Nice bait. Runs pretty shallow.
  19. St Lawrence and stay in Alexandria bay. Close to mouth but sheltered enough should it blow. Lake Champlain stay at the Anchorage cottages in South Hero and have access to the inland sea (doesn't get as nasty as the broad lake).
  20. Megabass Levante Perfect Pitch is 250 but if you join the Kittery Trading Post email list they often have 20% off sales that include Megabass. I toss Magdraft Freestyles and 168s with it. It's 7'2" and up to 1.25 oz but tosses over 1.5 fine. Bonus points for being a great frog and flipping rod.
  21. Potentially. I went through ebay and Asian Fishing Portal.
  22. Whipsnake (jdm spook) Sb 125 Duo realis walker Evergreen Combat Stick 72 MHmf Shimano Scorpion DC with 30lb braid and a 15lb mono leader.
  23. My buddy has some from Amazon that we're like 400 each. Been bomber for over a year. Find a battery and youtube the heck out of it.
  24. Champlain and St Lawrence are amazing because you can't fish them for 4-5 months a year.
