Lunkerville: The Jighead
I've watched it at least twice also. Definitely a vault of information.

Topwater Rod
6'3" M/XF. If your dealing with heavier lures though, look for a MH/XF

Bass Books
I agree that In-Fisherman books are a bit dry, but THEY ARE FULL of very useful information. I've become a better angler 7-Fold by reading their Largemouth book. (And I havent even finished it yet!)

Toilet Paper Size
I plee my disagreement. The REAL question is; "How do blind people know that they're sitting on a toilet, not a church pew, or something that isn't a toilet, in public, embarrassing themselves?"

Tips For Top Water
Ancient Chosen One Secret : Light (6-12#) fluoro for topwater can give your bait just that subtle change in action the bass have never seen before. But most will say use mono. It's your choice. And I agree, a Popper, Buzzbait, and Walk-the-dog type baits are good to start with. Frogs are also excellent for around vegetation, and in some rare cases open water.

The Lure Swap to set the record straight.

# Of Days Wearing Jeans
If you're going to wear the same pair of pants numerous times, what's wrong with checking if your jeans smell?

Vicious Pro Elite Fluorocarbon ?
Bought a small filler spool at Wally World for a promotional 2$. Let's just say I wish I would've got a Hawaiian Punch instead. Lot's of memory, poor strength, sensitivity was ok, but nothing special. Poor line overall

This Snake Was Found At An Abandoned Water Plant Here In Florida
For some reason when I jumped/flinched I felt all the blood go to my toes for a split second. Like a toe heart-attack

# Of Days Wearing Jeans
I'll wear jeans numerous times before they get washed, about 3 times a pair, but I alternate jeans. I don't wear them every day, I switch it up. Different pair of jeans/shorts every day for the week, then a few weeks later I was them all, unless they get stained or smell ridiculous. I smell each pair before I put them on.

New Combo Help
I wouldn't limit your options to only Abu. There is a plethora of budget fishing gear out now a' days and it would be a smart option IMO to look around. But hey, whatever you like.

Line!!?!?!?
Whoops. Forgot it was a spinning rig in my reply. I take it back, and say 8 # InvizX

Line!!?!?!?
50 lb Power Pro has a 12 lb diameter. Definitely not 25. And I don't purchase two different diameter line spools, I use left over from spools with like only 30 yrds on them. And I do use an Alberto knot. I may be mis-reading you though

Seaguar Tatsu
Ahhhh, thanks. Yes I meant P-line but I did not know it was a leader material.

Seaguar Tatsu
Seagaur Shinsei is supposed to be a competitor. Have not used it though, or have seen anybody use it. Dont know if it's any cheaper though.

Dyneema Vs Spectra For Braid?
So just as the title says, what's the difference between dyneema and spectra? And do they have differing characteristics? Which one do you prefer?

Line!!?!?!?
Casting rigs: Crank rod (smaller cranks, 1/4oz - 3/8oz) 12# Sufix Seige Jig rod (bigger jigs 7/16oz - 3/4oz) 65# Sufix Performance braid or Sufix 832 Smaller jig rod/ Swim jig rod (1/8oz - 5/16) 40-50# Braid ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Worm/pitching rod (1/8oz-5/16oz) 40# braid C-rig rod (3/8-1/2oz) 15# Seagaur Abrazx Fluorocarbon Topwater (mostly, buzzbaits 3/8 oz) 17# Sufix Elite. (Although, if you want to try something new try a lighter fluorocarbon line. I like 8# Seaguar InvizX for tops) i have left a few out, but that is because I already picked out the line that I want for them (ex., frog rod) Spinning rigs: Shakey head/drop shot rod 8# Seagaur Invizx Fluorocarbon Senko rod 8# Seaguar InvizX Fluorocarbon With all the braids I answered, It will last you a long time and IMO give you the best bang for your buck, plus it's extremely sensitive. If you're worried about it's visibility, just add a fluoro leader about the length of your rod. I get the best results if my leader is the same diameter as my braid.

Rods
You can dicyfer (spelling?) between your cover, and tell exactly what your bait is touching/going over, etc, and feel the lighter biters.

Reel vs Rod Where should $ be placed?
Do you want to enjoy fishing? (Reel) or Do you want to catch more fish? (Rod) or A happy medium of both? (Both)

Which reel reviews do you trust?
As for your spinning reel, I'll recommend the Daiwa Exceler Spinning reel. My dad has 2, they're fantastic, and a steal if your local Gander Mountain has them on sale for $50, like mine.
