  1. Same down here. My local grocery chain used to carry it but when they stopped I couldn’t find 100% anywhere. I just happened to notice it in a local pharmacy one day and felt a lot better ? Mike
  2. Home made anise and baby oil. Mike

And remember those who are no longer here. Mike
  5. Ditto I really don’t see an advantage to it. Sure, if I’m on a SB bite and I see one way back under some brush and the only way to get to her is a low leveled presentation, I’d much rather just pitch or skip something else to call her out with a much more silent entry than a SB would give. Mike
  6. Super Spook on top Magnum UV Speed Worm in the middle Rage Bug or Craw on the bottom Mike
  7. Good Job Mike!! Mike
  8. 7’2” Phenix M1 casting rod, 12# flouo Mike
  9. In order, a june bug Big EZ with a keel weighted bladed hook, a chrome and white trap, then a spinner bait as was mentioned. Mike
  10. I’ve said the same many times, You have every right to brag! Mike
  11. I don’t dry dishes, change diapers or mow the lawn! Mike
  12. Hello and Welcome Mike
  13. Ditto I don’t use the baby, I’ll just bite off a section or 2 of the standard size if I want a small profile as I always want the larger flappers. Mike
  14. Yep, that’s the way I do it. Start with a slow drag, picking up speed but still keeping in contact with the bottom, then swim it 1/4 way back. That one type of cast will tell you quick how they want it. Mike
  15. It really does, very underrated that doesn’t get a lot of play on here which is too bad. Mike
  16. @jbsoonerfan What you’re trying to teach those kids could change their lives! Being wound up with a short fuse is hurt full on so many levels. Yeah it’s a way to let off steam, but if it’s not directed and channeled it will eat you up from the inside out. For too many years patience and compassion we’re not one of my greatest attributes. Retaliation and over reaction was my answer to most everything. To “Control what you can Control” takes discipline which so many kids just don’t have. You’re a good teacher. Mike

I use a boonie all summer and on my head it shades it all.. Forehead, ears and neck. Plus with the string it won’t fly off running. Mike
  18. Good video!! A 7’6” with 60# would just wear me out if I had to use all day. I use a 7’2” with 40# and it works for me Mike
  19. All good ways to use them. The greatest success I’ve had is as a stand alone t rig but never weightless. I usually pitch into moderate to heavy cover and figure out how they want it presented. A few times I’ve gotten hit swimming it back after I miss a spot but that just could have been a follower or just got lucky with one passing by. I don’t use them in open water at all as I feel I have better options. They are also my backup punch bait. Mike
  20. Lakes..The shallower, weedier and dirtier the better. Mike
  21. You’ve posted many times over the years how much you love that rod. Why not just get it replaced? At least you know you’ll love it just as much. Mike
