  11. The fact still stands. 7 DD fish in 285 hours. Simply the best chance at a DD in the world right now. And without a doubt the best shot at a 12lb + as well. Many caught each year. Several over 15 this year alone. Jeff

  13. 1 was caught on a Hudd 68........ There will be plenty of swimbait slingin in 21 days! Jeff
  14. Yea. Asian carp jump a lot. They are the devil.
  15. Not uncommon. Our last trip down, best 1 day stringer was 43lb even by BR member Dwight Hottle. Denny Brauer had a best 5 fish sack of over 50lbs one day this June! Jeff
  16. No way. You aren't going anywhere. Heck there are plenty of people whose post don't make any sense. Far less sense than yours! Just because you are not going to be on the water doesn't mean you cannot be a part of this community. I refuse. Get off the Cool-aid and come back tomorrow when you are in your right mind! Jeff

  18. This is a very unscientific study that I have done so far, and will continue to do from now on out. It has been brought up on the boards frequently lately, so I decided to let everyone in on the info. Plus I was called out. So far, of the groups I have taken down to Baccarac, we have fished a total of 285 hours. 90 of those hours were fished in July 195 of those hours were fished in March in 285 hours 7 DD bass have been caught, weighed, pictured and released. They range from 10lbs 2oz - 10lbs 14 oz. That equated to 1 DD bass in every 40.7 hours, or 1 DD bass every 4.07 days(10hr fishing day) Of these bass, 3 were caught on a crank bait, 2 were caught on a spinner bait and 1 was caught on a scrounger jig and 1 on a swimbait In the next coming weeks, I will be joining another group at Lake Baccarac and together we will spend another 135 hours on the water. I will update this post when we return. If you need any info on the best lake in the world right now to catch a DD bass, shoot me a pm and I will be more than happy to help you book the trip of a lifetime! Jeff

  22. Oh yea. Nice fish and the background looks like frog heaven! Jeff
  23. There is one place I know that the chances of catching a DD are MUCH greater than anyone here could imagine. I have stats of hundreds of hours fished at this place as well. And will have more in a month! Jeff
