titanium bass pro rod
I own one and have since they first came out. The guides are very disappointing, seem oversized and look cheap for the price of the rod. I love the handle and the rod itself is nice, they just really came up short on the guides though. I wouldn't pay full price for one.

titanium bass pro rod
I'm assuming you're talking about the Titanium 8 rods? http://www.basspro.com/Bass-Pro-Shops-Johnny-Morris-Titanium-8-Casting-Rod/product/2270967/

Can someone clue me in on the avocado posts?
I start craving spaghetti and garlic bread every time I smell JJ's.

Most consecutive landed fish.
I've had days with white bass that you get a fish every cast for hours on end at times.

What should I be fishing right now?
When the water and air temps soar, the bass bite way better at night.

Burger King's New WHOPPERITO
I like a BK Whopper every once in awhile, but I don't believe I'll be trying a Whopperito. What happened to their big steakburger things? They used to have one with steak sauce and mashed potatoes on it that was really good for a fast food burger. Might have to make a homemade version of it sometime.

Need suggestions for smallie rod
Another vote for a spinning rod but I'd go with a medium light from St. Croix. Their rods tend to run a little heavier than they're rated and most stream smallmouth aren't going to grow too huge. Depending on the stream you might want a shorter rod to work around brush and under overhanging trees.

Need A Reel For Swimbaits
I use 3 different reels for swimbaits, a 300E Curado, an Okuma Citrix 364, and a 400B Calcutta. They all work well but have their different pros and cons.

Beware of dinks
That always sucks. I think the other thing with dinks, other than the fact there's not as much to hold onto, they always seem to have the most energy because they get cranked in so fast. So then you have a fish that's still very green and hard to get a grip on with lots of exposed trebles swinging around, it's a bad deal waiting to happen.

16 August More North Woods Smallie action.
Couple great looking fish. I haven't touched a smallie nearly as big as either of them this entire year

Quantum or Shimano
Never have had much luck with Quantum save one of the older Accurist. Do like my Shimanos, Okumas, and Pfluegars. though.
