  1. Wasn't in the mood to argue with the folks at BPS (didn't keep my receipt) and it wasn't worth mailing to Megabass and potentially dealing with the same issue repeatedly. I'm really satisfied with the LES and H2O jerkbaits that have a really similar profile as the 110's, I just need them to make a bigger version to match the 110 magnum.
  2. The orange is really good too. If you like the Rehabs they just came out with a peach tea that taste great.
  3. I had an extremely difficult time hooking fish with them, even with the special shakyhead that's built just for them. I have some sitting on my workbench at home that didn't make the cut when I packed everything into my new boat.
  4. I've had several cranking raps (I find them all the time, never bought one though). Not a one of them has "hunted" at all. Not that they aren't a decent bait, but not hunting action to speak of.
  5. Guys use Sharpies on cranks and swimbaits all the time to make them look better, doesn't deter the fish at all.
  6. Several post have been hidden, some were just responses to a bunch of trash talk that had to be hidden along with the junk post to keep the topic on track. If you don't see your post and didn't get a message from me, that's what happened.
  7. Looks good to me, hope they hold up better than a 110.
  8. For an all around combo I would highly suggest going with a fast action instead of moderate.
  9. That's going to change if I ever get on the water this month!
  10. Green pumpkin Zoom Trick worm on a Pro Slider head caught 4 of my keepers. I caught my first keeper of the day on my first cast of the day with a Terminator Ball Buster buzzbait. I was 16 at the time and the tournament was at Pomme De Terre lake in Missouri.
  11. The first tournament I ever won was with a green pumpkin trick worm on a slider head at Pomme De Terre when I was 16
  12. It's been over a month since I've been on the water, you're killing me with these reports Paul
  13. If you don't have one, start a free photobucket account and copy/paste the IMG link to whatever picture you've uploaded and it should work just fine, easiest way I've found.
  14. Shakyhead. As realistic a craw bait as you'll find, but I just wasn't a fan.
  15. That's more like what our evening shift is, 1600-0000 (0400 if you work OT). I got tons of sleep on that shift and wasn't nearly as tired, I also never got to see my family or wife (girlfriend at the time). You're absolutely right about the exercising though, it helps a lot. When I start to get really tired at work I usually start doing pushups to help wake myself back up. Thanks, doesn't feel like I've lost that much but the scale doesn't lie.
  16. I'd also suggest checking out the Garmin Virb Elite. It has a screen on the top of the camera that shows you what you're filming so you don't have to guess. Better battery life than a Go Pro and it has tons of cool features that the Go Pro doesn't.
  17. Lots of information there, we have a really good group of guys that post on the KC thread. Everyone's willing to help each other out and share some intell on where the good bite is, provided you're willing to share back Someone is almost always looking for an empty back seat or someone to fill and empty seat/split cost with also. Lots of younger guys as well. Several guys younger than myself and I'm only 28. Just bought a boat myself a couple weeks ago. Raymond's always willing to do some wheeling and dealing. Spent a few hours in there the other day getting him stocked up with my baits for the upcoming spring rush and trying to teach him a bit about swimbaits so he can start to stock a better selection of them in his store.
  18. I feel like it's Casey Ashley's tournament to lose. He always seems to do well on his local lakes too.
